The latest version of mxstat didn't work for me. Nothing happened when I tried to start it. I went back a version and that fixed it. Anyway, still a great program and continually getting better! -

I know. When you do make the screenshots manually the program detects them and displays them. It would be nice if these shots would get submitted to wowsreplay when you submit the replay. -

This app is great. Thank you for creating it! I came here through wowreplays.com and was wondering if the app could automatically upload the screenshots along with the replay. I see that the program can already find screenshots belonging to a specific replay file. Maybe with a popup were the user can select which screenshot is the personal score and which is the team score etc. Additionally, maybe there can be a filter for replays with score screenshots? -
I will take any buffs to T8 cruisers but this is not the way to do it. The problem of the mogami, NO and Hipper is that they do not have anything that gives them any durability. Every 3 battleship shells that hit you do a citadel's worth of damage. At t9 and t10 half of that damage is healable but at t8 it is a death sentence.

So.. why are t8 cruisers excluded from this accuracy buff? T8 cruisers need some serious help already. This would make the gap between t8 cruisers and t9 is bigger than ever. Time to add repair parties to all t8s maybe?

RIP Mogami. The only cruiser that could compete with premiums. -
Yorck is not bad at all. It is just different. Yorck is a heavily armored brawler. Use its good maneuverability to close the distance with other cruisers while you spam HE at them. When you get close enough you can punish them with AP and torpedoes like no other cruiser.

#MogamiLivesMatter You can't take away RoF, Range AND turret traverse speed and expect the ship to be fine. 1. It will turn into the most aweful stock cruiser grinds in the game. Turret traverse worse than pre buff yorck, stock pensacola and some battleships. Range comparable with tier 5s. 2. With 203s the mogami is weaker than its premium counterpart, the Atago. 3. With 155s the mogami is FAR weaker than the premium MK. 4. 203s get boring if all ships from t5 to t10 are using them.

Ah. I was testing this on the mogami. The premium camo looks a lot like the regular camo. My mistake.

Preventative maintenance. Someone might pick it if it protected against permanent turret destruction. But it would be better still if that game mechanic disappeared completely.

I think ALL CLs were balanced around having 2.5 degrees per second extra from expert marksman. With expert marksman: In the PTE the mogami 38.1 seconds for 180 degrees rotation. This is up from 30 seconds in live, massive difference. For comparison -> the NC has 38.3 seconds for 180 degrees. In PTE kuma has 19.6 seconds traverse. up from 16.4 in live. With the exception of furutaka all the cruisers at the low tiers were affected equally so the balance didn't change much. The turrets are still fast enough to track while turning. DDs receive a small buff because it takes slightly longer to snap your aim to them. The insanely high turret traverse on the mogami was obviously meant to keep its traverse similar to other cruiser of its tier. Without the 2.5deg/s the turrets can no longer track a target while turning. Losing BFT was a straight up 10% nerf in DPM of CLs. It makes BBs a bit stronger relative to cruisers at lower tiers. It hurts the t5 and t6 CLs when facing CAs. It is a 10% nerf for mogami relative to everything else at that tier. AFT being a t4 skill shouldn't affect the lower tier CL balance too much. They have plenty of range to begin with, the extra range granted was far out of their effective range anyway. A nerf to overqualified captains in low tiers. Again mogami is affected the most, at t8 the maps grow and the ships benefit more from the increased range. Edit: 38.1 seconds is including the turret traverse module. The 30 seconds on live does not need the turret traverse module.

This is a game, reality is only a suggestion, not an argument. In real life DDs rarely carried more than one load of torpedos.
