Well I think you got me wrong way around completely. I've addressed bad players in the first sentence - irrevocable ranks are what helps bad players. I mean a good regular player who only plays a few games a day. Someone like that should be able to get to rank 1.

The problem is not irrevocable ranks - the less of them we have the bigger the chance you achieve the high rank by playing well instead of playing a lot. The problem is the number of battles needed to get to high ranks. From rank 15 where I started to rank 1 it takes about 65 stars. With 60% winrate (which is definitely an indication you do something right and should be somewhere high in the ranks) you get only 1 star per 5 games. Let's even say say 1 star per 4 games due to best loser mechanics. That's 230 battles - meaning a regular player with a few games played every day pretty much has to play only ranked and have his tier 8+ grind suffer.

After all we know that silver is a lot harder to gain than XP. Lets say an average (in terms of your performance) battle with premium and daily bonus gets you around 2500 XP and 200k silver. On tier V you get repair cost around 20k silver, so your profit from the battle is 180k - that's 72 silver/XP. On tier VI the repair cost is higher - up to 40k silver. That leaves you 160k profit - 64 silver/XP. In both cases it's less silver/XP than you need for any module or buying a next ship. Now - camo and repair upgrade costs you ca. 35k silver per battle. This means that if you buy it, your silver profit from average battle will drop by 20% (from 180k to 145k) on tier V and by 22% (from 160k to 125k) on tier VI. Higher tier, higher loss of profit. So is it worth to pay for camo, repair or any other consummables? Are they able to return you this 20% extra silver you have to sacrifice in the first place? Any thoughts appreciated.
