That random teams produce these results, without rigging. That would be rigging and would put players even much closer to 50%. What made you think your setup was without chance? You had a T-61, GC, Izmail, Pyotr.... That is far from weak.

When you decide you lose, because of the lineup, then you will lose, because of your attitude. There is no lineup that guarantees a loss. 50/50 chance is 50% WR... And the vast majority of players being between 40-60% is statisticly to be expected. Everything else would be extremly suspicious.

To some BB the difference is tiny. To some BB the difference is nearly 10% and to the top BB the difference is over 15% in AP DPM.

I do not see much problem with her armor. Her tanking and survival capabilities are not special. Her damage and kills are what makes her win. The core problem is her messed up base dispersion, which makes balancing the RU BB so difficult. The Sigma numbers are just not comparable.

The feedback was to make her dispersion worse. They did. It was not enough, but you cannot say they did not do anything based on feedback. She might be too strong, but she is not Tier IX.

Two changes to Sinops Sigma from 1.6 to 1.55 and then to 1.5. You cannot say they did nothing.

Nach einer statistisch relevanten Anzahl von Spielen ist dies extrem unwahrscheinlich. Du gewinnst eher mehrmals im Lotto als das eine Tomate nach 1000 Spielen eine solo Unicum Siegrate hat. Bei einem ELO System bekommst Du bei einer Niederlage Punkte abgezogen. Gegen stärkere Spieler zu verlieren hat nur den Effekt das der Abzug kleiner ist. Und wie man ein ELO System in ein 12v12 Teamgame mit über 300 verschiedenen Schiffen integriert, hat noch keiner gezeigt.

The problem is, there is not a carrot to see... And a line attracts more attention if she is fun. People will spend more time on the ships, might even buy perma camos for them. If she is not fun or has only 1-2 highlights, people will play another line. There are more than enough to chose from.

Romas guns are not bad. They have the highest penetration of all 380mm guns in game. Unfortunately, that can lead to a lot of overpens with the wrong target selection.

I would not go that far. But it is unlikely that she will played a lot in the current state. Just a waste of manhours of the design team, unless WG changes something.

I meant the Carracciolo. 8 guns with 1.6 Sigma is just bad. We have Nagato and Colorado with the same number of guns, but bigger, and better Sigma and base dispersion and they are not too strong either.

Sinop can hardly be the benchmark, unless you are a fan of powercreep... On the other hand WG was informed about the problem with the guns after the first devblog that showed the ships stats.

But she has lower DPM. She has only 6 guns.
