That are the results of the RNG, as I said (but you did not understand). When a ship does 50k damage one week and then does 50k damage the next week, then the RNG cannot have changed between those two weeks. -

Wenn solche Spieler nicht gemeldet werden, passiert auch nichts. Ich weiss von einem aehnlichen Spieler, der schon mehrfach temporaere Sperren erhalten hat. Aber diese Sperren liegen teilweise weit auseinander, weil der Spieler einfach nicht gemeldet wird. Ja, WG koennte sich da geschickter anstellen und auch proaktiver sein, aber letzendlich brauchen sie Beweise. Einen Unschuldigen zu bannen kommt halt nicht gut. -

My DD battles do not last 15s or less and even bad players should have trouble keeping it that short. While gun duels are important, Blyska battles do not consist of 1v1 slugfests with Vauquelin. Therefore you have to consider the whole battle and not 15s and that is where the difference gets MUCH smaller. And as I said, that is why Blyska has smoke and Vauquelin not. And when the Vauquelin player messes up, he is the one getting sunk from smoke. Did that often enough. Depends on how you play. -

That is only for 15s and Blyska has smoke for that. Compared to a minute or even a full battle the difference in firepower is MUCH smaller. Blyska has more guns than Vauqelin, so missing a shell loses Vauquelin more dpm. No 8x102mm guns for AA. -

There is no Tier VII DD with double her firepower, not even close. Vauquelin has 1k more Base HE DPM and 2k more Base AP DPM. That is less than 2% difference. -

To keep more veterans at Tier V+. Veterans meeting new players can be solved by MM (we now have a new player protection of 200 battles, which could be extended even further).

Not enough Base XP. You have to do the 250 XP mission in one battle.

The fact that you cannot do missions is the reason low Tier has such a low population. WG could revive low Tier and make it more popular if at least some missions were available below Tier V (like daily missions).
