Skilled is relative term. I consider someone with 55% overall solo WR to be skilled in the game. Somebody else will see that differently. And yes, someone with 70% solo WR on Tier V and VI ships after 9k battles is considered to be skilled.

She does not need heal. She needs Hydro and guns that work vs DD.
