Ja, WG geht nach Statistiken. Statistiken zeigen aber nur den Stand der Dinge, nicht wie man sie ändern soll. Das muss schon ein Spiel Designer entscheiden. Das ist ähnlich wie bei den AA Änderungen bei der Kremlin. WG will zeigen das sie was machen, aber die Spieler der betroffenen Schiffe nicht zu sehr verärgern.

BC can be easily balanced to be the equivalent of a BB. You usually go the accuracy/firepower route. BC are extremly hard to balance as cruisers. The supercruisers we have in game are stronger than most regular cruisers. They are also mostly from a time when the BC concept was outdated.
