I would prefer a 1.9 Sigma on the main battery and maybe a bit more penetration power on the guns. They have a light punch for their size.

The cost of "service" after Battle a should be cheaper
ColonelPete replied to Condensadordefluzo's topic in General Discussion
Doubtful. In these battles more ships would get sunk on both sides. While players would indeed get a smaller part of the credit-"cake", the "cake" would be bigger. And skilled players know how to make credits and that not every battle will be a huge win and they can live with that. -
It obviously is. When you think damage on ships that do not get sunk is useless and when I bring an example where it is not, then it is obviously about opinions. And no, I do not compare weapons. I compare server stats for ships in a game. That is why I did post the table. I did not claim CV have the biggest torpedos or the biggest guns or the biggest Alpha strike. I just pointed out that the CV damage is not low.
-
What else should it be? Do you argue for the opinion of some other person? And the CV in the losing team tend to get sunk earlier, reducing the damage you call meaningless. The average damage is the damage number we have. People have asked for a percental damage number, but we do not get it. But no matter how you see that number, that does not make it a low number in case of CV.

That is just your opinion. Ships that get shot up early tend to be a lot more careful the remaining battle, maybe even leave the battle line for some time to heal, which gives the enemy team some breathing space. That is not meaningless. And it should be obvious that a CV can be a lot more precise with its hits from the backline than some BB... Doubtful. There are CV that get deplaned early, get sunk by being too aggressive or too incompetent or cannot do damage because of lack of skill or being AFK. At the same time you have a lot of BB that do damage to ships, that do not get sunk in the end, which you claimed is meaningless too...
-
As you said, that damage is meaningless. And we cannot consider that damage, as we do NOT have ANY metadata about individual battles. And I have no idea how you would evaluate that statisticly, especially not automated. Would you consider all damage on ships that do not get sunk as meaningless?
-
Take a guess how backline sniping BB work on a team getting stomped...
-
I think the people using the term, know what they mean. When people want to talk about high/low damage potential or Alpha damage, they say so.
-
If the term "high damage" is misleading to you. Feel free to ask anyone that is using that term what he means in the future.
-
I do not how this has anything to do with the game.
-
Because it does more damage. And no, DD rarely do that much damage, that is why the averages are much lower.
-
Up to 20 minutes... And that is why some ships do low damage (like DD), despite having good damage potential.
-
Nope. She performs quite well. She has good armor fast turrets decent DPM short fuses high Sigma torps Her performance scales quite well with player skill, as she has the tools that make good players excel. You can select targets quickly and aim for spots vulnerable to 283mm guns quite reliably, thanks to the accuracy
-
Every ship has up to 20 minutes. You do not look at individual battles, but server stats.
-
Hannover is obviously too strong for Tier X her secondaries do not hit better, unless you get the buff
-
Das geht auch mit Stats&Numbers.

USSR DD came after US and IJN DD. And these gunboats made up 1/3 of all available tech tree DD.

Ansonsten benutzt Du HE. Versuche Zerstörer zu fokussen und dann Kreuzer. Damit hast Du den größten Einfluss auf das Gefecht.

Udaloi seems to perform well.

Das waren noch Zeiten...

He said "low damage". Usually that means the damage a ship does during the battle. DPM is a theoretical number, as DPM has to deal with range, hit ratio and armor to become a real number.
