Das Problem existiert seitdem es Netzwerke gibt... Mal eine kleine Anekdote von gestern Abend. Bei mir war auf einmal das Internet weg. Konnte keine Seite aufrufen. Nebenbei hatte ich aber auch ein Torrent Client offen und konnte beobachten wie der sich regelmässig (aber nicht permanent) Daten aus dem Netz saugte, d.h. über bestimmte Kanäle kamen noch Daten an. Nach 30 Minuten lief alles wieder ohne Probleme.
