You claimed the parameters depend on the ammunition and I brougt up a counterpoint. Shells just do not become faster by getting heavier. It is the other way around I explained mutliple times that Moskwa uses the SM-40 gun, which was in the 50s at the edge of the physicly possible. If you consider the requirements for a naval gun, she could not meet them with these parameters. That is why she did not get adopted.

220mm/65 is not a name, that is a gun size. SM-40 is the name of the Moskwa gun.

Strictly speaking, you are just assuming that, based on gun size. If both guns were named 220 mm/65 SM-40, that is the name of the gun for Project 66 (Moskwa), you would be right.

But high Tier ships overpen more vs lower Tier ships... Overmatch is not a invention of WoT.

There is no need for that. The guns are the same length, but not the same. They behave differently.

Shells do not fly faster on their own, especially when they are heavier. You need a bigger powder load for that and Moskwa is already past what was physicly possible.

I have no idea what you want to tell me, but guns of the same length are not the same. Petro shoots a heavier projectile with a higher muzzle velocity. That is not something you do from the same gun.

Overpens still do damage. Deflected shells do 0 damage. It does not get better than that. I suggest you familarize yourself with the HE mechanics, as this can influence your skill selection for your captains, the way you play your ships and the results you get. Just spamming HE, without knowing what you are doing, gives you worse results. Yes, a distributed armor scheme would be better in this game. There is a reason that ships with a complete ramming/icebreaker bow are especially powerful in this game.

Maybe you did not enter often enough. You do not get coal everyday. I got Napoli at the end of July and did not have much coal left back then and now I am at over 300k. Just because they do not send you a personal letter where they explain in detail what they do against cheaters, does not mean they do nothing. If you were interested in the topic, you would have found out that other WoWs community server publish numbers of banned accounts regularly.
