    HE and Fire already have a saturation effect... You cannot have two fires on the bow and after a certain amount of damage by HE, you get less damage on the bow section.

    Hydro is fine, it fits the playstyle. The long range torps have no place there. 6km and maybe less of them on some ships would be better.

    Yes, lines consists only of Tier IX and X ships. And you never play against these ships when playing Random or Clan Battles. This playerbase (Hint. The OP did not play Tier IX and X either...)

    They are not too strong.

If all teams are at similar strength all the time, a 40% player will slowly rise in winrate since the new and "improved" MM will put strong players on his team to get his team close in strength to the enemy team. The same way the WR of good players will sink slowly, until the MM cannot differentiate between players based on winrate as everyone will be between 48 to 52% WR and we get random matches again, with the same results as now.

    Es gibt genug Spieler, die beim aktuellen Abschnitt sind und weniger als ein Achtel vom dem gespielt haben, was Du behauptest... Es hilft zu verstehen was man machen muss, um einen Abschnitt abzuschließen. 4 Kills pro Runde sind optional. Und niemand kann Dir Kills stehlen. Wenn Du einen Kill hast, bleibt der bei Dir. Das ganze Event ist Optional. Niemand muss da was machen. Das man zum Abschluss Geld braucht, steht in der Ankündigung des Events. Da sollte man sich vorher überlegen ob das Schiff es einem Wert ist. Mir ist es das nicht. Wenn Du Dir unendlich Zeit nehmen willst, bleib bei den permanenten Kampagnen. Aber bedenke das WoWs in 50 Jahren wahrscheinlich nicht mehr laufen wird...

    The Repair Party restores 45% of the ships HP now (+modifiers). Conqueror heal restores only 40% (but does that in 20s).

    I see nothing dangerous to evaluate, excpet using hit ratings, as these say nothing as this value depends on the ship. You can have over 50% in some DD.

    That is the result of the combat bonus, not of CoOp. As soon as the Random players leave CoOp, things change back. And even now you get longer matches as soons as a CV is in the battle.
