As I said, RNG IS the explanation... The skilled player does not hit with all shells of his perfectly aimed salvo. If he is unlucky, he can even completly miss with his perfectly aimed salvo. The bad player aims wrong and will miss with all shells of his badly aimed salvo. If he is lucky, one or more of his shells will hit anyway, thx to the dispersion.
