A week is a short time, espescially if you play few games. Imagine playing only two games in a week and losing both. The weekly average would be 0%. Is that unlikely? That can happen to the best of players. Please take off your tinfoil hat.

First of all you need a couple hundred more games. Maybe play some other BBs. You next best BB is only Tier IV. You need more practice in timing and positioning. There is a reason you should not buy into high tier without some experience.

Probably, but there is no guaranty. There are many captains fighting unimportant fights and getting huge scores. -

Where you stay together depends on the map. Staying hidden is not such a good idea. -

Staying together is no lemming train. And concentrating firepower is the most effective tactic you can do in a hitpoints based game. -

The game is not balanced according to ranked games, but random games. But even in random games, Benson is slightly better. At Tier VII Fubuki would be much stronger than all other DDs. I think Tier VIII is ok. -

If a plan is BS or not, depends on the plan and not on the person making it. Considering that a significant part of high tier players still do not have a clue how the game works, such markings would not help you decide if the plan is good or not. You have to decide that for yourself based on your own experience. -

Wenn man Spass an DD hat, lohnen sich alle. RUS und US DD spielen sich teilweise wie Mini-Kreuzer. Mit IJN DD kann man von Anfang an aus dem Verborgenen angreifen. -

BB rarely get XP from capping.

I know that there is no skilled based MM. But with 12 players per team, it is very likely that both teams have comparable strength most of the time. It is just statistics.

In the 2016 preview, you can see them analyzing statistical data. And they were not using Excel. Looked like an analytical program.
