No, it is not. One again for you: Pink status is not primarily a warning for other players. It is a punishment for the teamkiller and a batch of shame. Looking at the threads popping up on regular basis in the forums, I would say it is working. People do not like to be pink. It also reduces further teamkilling, as the teamdamage mechanic changes for the pink player.

When I saw the ship for the first time, I looked for sources. I could not find one for the ship or the "designer". I have a strong feeling it is a hoax like H45.

The funny thing is, my first games in the Fuso with stock hull were a blast. I played it as a tank. Always bow on to the enemy BBs. They must have been extremly frustrated with their salvos. Youl will not not be the hero of the game, but you get good results.

Die Imperator ist sicher das stärkste Tier IV BB, aber kein Tier V Schiff. New York und besonders Kongo sind signifikant besser. Man darf vor allem nicht vergessen das Tier V BB MM bis Tier VII geht

It could be module damage, but when you have more than half a dozen of such hits (with 356mm) against one ship with now effect, it smells fishy. If it is indeed module damage, WG should rework the module system. Part of the shell damage should apply to the ship or at least introduce a hit marker for modules, that you know that you damaged something.

It is just a small change in the lower tiers. I do not see how this improves the game. We would need more T2 BB to see any effect. And no, the Tiering system is not linear. There are some ships in game that have higher tiers than more modern ships.
