Repair costs are a minor issue. You can see such behaviour at even much lower tiers. The problem is that nobody wants to die too early in a match. Therefore people tend to be very careful at the start. The more deadly the tier, the more pronounced that behaviour becomes.

If you cannot avoid torpedos that are spotted 5+ km from you, you are doing it wrong. And no, gameplay is not different with less or even no DD. People are primarily afraid of BBs wiping them in one salvo. Therefore they stay back. It is much harder to evade shells than torpedos. Games with few or no BB tend to be more aggressive.

@Scorpion Niemand sagt das sie "leicht" zu performant ist. Wenn sie was ueberarbeiten wollen, wird das schon seinen Grund haben. Premium Schiffe sollten schon aehnlich stark wie die Silberschiffe sein. Nicht zu stark oder zu schwach.

Your made up comparissons a hard to follow and have nothing to do with the game (because they are made up). Therefore they do not help your argument.

@havaduck The Imp is strongest T IV BB, but not T V. Same applies to other premiums too. Thefore I do not see much preferential MM.
