The primary use of cruisers is to kill DD and support BB. I would not take on a BB alone unless forced into the situation. And then I would make the most of it.

Every ship can take on every other ship. Th chances of success are just different.

Hitting DD under 8 km is easy. If have hit DDs at 15 km with first salvo in a BB.

Removal of HE is not a good idea. They could go the german way. Good AP, bad HE. I am sure we will get this to work, but I do not like that the ships basicly have a seperate mechanic from all other ships. Something I do not like with german BB HE.

Believe me, even they can move out of the way. Move at the start of match.

If he is not using his firepower, spotting and capping for minutes, he is weakening his team. If he is managing the kill, it is only a smal consolation price. IF ... he is manging it. Most mess up or get a kill when the match is decided anyway.

Its called spotting. CVs have planes for that. And moving. CVs have engines for that.

It depends on the ships. Tier V BBs that get outtiered by cruisers do not care. Remember, you have 12 ships per side. A difference of 3 tiers means roughly 0,25 Tier difference per ship. Player skill has a much greater impact.

The forum is full of it.... The armor change is not a big deal. Tier V and VI BBs have to deal with that problem every day and manage. Deal with it and adapt. It will not change much.
