Do not HE spam BBs, look for better targets. And yes, contrary to some forum posters, BBs can take a lot of low caliber HE and fire.

Im Spiel gibt es nur eine Pannzerungsart, Krupppanzerung. Laut WG wird bei einigen Schiffen die Panzerung umgerechnet. Albany hatte z.B Harvey Panzerung und die wurde auf Krupp Panzerung konvertiert. The damage was always there.

You need 10 skill points to get the level 4 skill. That are 102k total XP. Without premium that should be 120 to 180 games (depending on skill and tier). If you never reached level 4 skills in over 4600 games, you either do something very wrong or you have a lot of ships with their own captains (meaning you must have payed money for port slots).

My point: That is not true. The number of submissions can mean a lot of things. For example: Certain ships are more popular and therefore there are more replays. And a ship that is more likely to have amzing games, can also be more likely to have abysmal games. Replay numbers do not tell us enough. Server stats do.
