XP is modified by premium. My guess is that you have some. Winrate is extremly important in the long run, especially in DDs. Try to play less agressive. Focus enemy DDs. Use smoke for teammates.

A BB has a hard time capping. Battleships get resetted all the time when trying to cap and can stand in the cap for minutes without any success.

This is wrong on so many levels... You do not like high tier? Play Tier IV. You see max Tier V.

Scharnhorst is probably even better vs cruisers because of less overpens.
