No. Just look at all menus, ships, feature to find out what changed. Or read the patchnotes, it helps to understand which new options you have.

Every task can be repeated. It just gives you a pin but no reward the second time. When you unlock the final task, do not wonder that you cannot activate it yet. It becomes active in a few days.

No, people from different servers have different preferences as seen with the bundles. Some servers seem ok with it, EU server seems not to be ok with it (that is reason we do not have early access to ships with expensive bundles).

Then people from the other servers would complain that the EU server can buy Spee from day one in the cheapest package and has four weeks to do the campaign.

Not everyone has a Missouri (less than 1.000 people worldwide) and while you can do a stage in two to three battles, it is HIGHLY unlikely.
