Take Nassau, Kaiser, Wyoming or any of the premiums (except Mikasa) and have fun. Kawachi, South Carolina and Myogi are an aquired taste, but not bad.

Depends on how much you spend. I spend 45 € on various Packages and got: Marblehead (Ughh) Arizona (Yeah!) a buttload of Camos and Flags which are useful, but not something I like to spend money on I had hoped for the Gremy, but the chances to get her are quite low unless you already own most of the premium ships or you buy enough crates to get them all.
