That is the usual explanation for such topics. If you cannot find your way around the forum, how are you supposed to find a safe way around a battle? And yes, as I assumed correctly, you are a bad player who skipped a lot of tiers in the BB lines to get to high tier without enough game experience.

Es gibt eine viel einfachere Regel: Geh so nah an den Gegner ran, wie Du es Dir zutraust. Mit der Erfahrung wächst dann auch das Zutrauen. Und nein, wenn man unter HE Beschuss steht ist es in der Regel keine gute Idee Feuer zu löschen. Man wartet damit bis das gegnerische Feuer aufhört (Gegner versenkt, außer Reichtweite, ...)

Hint: British Islands count as Europe.

Immer einen passenden Punkt zum Wenden anpeilen. Auf die Minimap achten, dann ist das Team nicht "ploetzlich" weg. Kann man alles lernen. Und nein, BBs benoetigen nicht mehr Teamsupport als andere Schiffe. Mit Kreuzern und DDs gehe ich gegen Uebermacht schneller drauf als ein BB.

Das kommt aber eher selten vor.

Das ist das Gegenteil von dem was ich geschrieben habe. Und nein, abwartende Teams gewinnen in Domination nicht oefter. Das gilt wahrscheinlich aber fuer Standard Gefechte.

Komischerweise gewinnen pushende Teams in Domination meist. Woher das wohl kommt?

If you cannot find existing topics, it is not surprising you cannot find a way to play your BB. Get more aware of your surroundings. Start reading guides how to play BBs. Then inform yourself about the statistics of the game (yes, high tier there are more BBs and Cruisers than DDs).

Only option? Since when do torpedos not work anymore? And AP works wonders against broadside BBs..

You could try hitting the cruiser with your AP shells. Works fine for me.
