Even low tier DD can smoke their allies or shoot from smoke. IJN DDs have enough torpedo range from Tier II on to really punish all players that do ignore their steering. -
Games should not last forever. The score limit actually forces you to do something instead of sinking one ship and hide until the time runs out.

You do not even own the ship and are talking about stealth buffs. Maybe you should listen to your friend who OWNS the ship. The displayed difference should be differences to the ship you are on.

If they were not effective, they would not be important for winning --> much lower WR than other ships. That is obviously not the case. -
Stealth Buff, one player has, the other not.... Right!! Maybe you should take a look at the captain or the installed upgrades...

They are fixed. Be careful with ships that just ran into the border, since they still have most of their speed. After 30s they are sitting ducks. -
That is not DD numbers, that is DD type. Give me a Fletcher and I have no problem being the only DD with enemy team having two DDs (your choice).

One week of games is not enough. WR goes from around 40% to 74%. How can anyone claim that WRs are manipulated? Otherwise good WR would not be possible.

Die Koenigsberg ist der beste Tier V Kreuzer. Nutze fast nur AP in ihr. Nur bei stark angwinkelten BB und schweren Kreuzern greife ich auf HE zurueck. -
This is wrong on so many levels and you did not notice? How many battles did you evaluate? Did you take a look at the range of Winratings of All players in WoWs?

Does not help much when the BB are all over the place. And when they are together, you can smoke more than one. And going out of your way to smoke someone on the other side of the map, takes a lot if time and you abandon you position. And if you are smart player, there is probably a good reason that you are at the position where you are right now and not half a map away with the BB.

Try that. From my experience the skilled players are hardest to kill and tank a lot damage. While the less skilled enemy blast you to pieces, you might not even sink the skilled player. Better to focus the easiest target.
