I think it is better to compare WR and kills/battle as HE based damage tends to be higher. But HE damage and fire are easily repaired, therefore not showing the true power of the ship.

Cruiser fans did not buy the Hipper. The Kamikaze is a copy of the old Minkaze, no difference. Still Kamikaze had much better stats then old Minkaze. Magic. And the ARP Kongos are objectivly worse than Kongo, still they get better WR, up to 2 percent points. Magic. You - cannot - compare - stats - of - premium ships - with - silver ships. To do that, you would have to compare only players that play all ships you want to compare. And if you want to see a true comparisson, you would have to make sure they use comparable captains on these ships. No comparing 15+ point captains with sub 10 point captains.

You cannot compare that value. Even premiums that are copies of silver ships had better WRs in the past. The players of these ships have different abilities than then average silver ship player.
