  4. Mit 100% Kapitäns XP Bonus bist Du im alten System nicht so einfach auf 39k Kapitäns XP gekommen. Da brauchte es einen XP Bonus von 700%... Hier mal ein Beispiel für 41k, interessanterweise auch mit 2200 Base XP.

    The new permanent bonus package is equivalent to the old perma camos. First of all you, do not need to max out your economic advantages. Second of all, you could not max out your economic advantages, without spending money either, in the old system. The first step was and is to buy premium time. You could also get dragon signals from various packages in the premium shop.

    Yes, you can buy a permanent booster for some ships, as before. You are not forced to, as before.

    Nope, but they removed the 4% increased dispersion from camos. Now everyone, especially good players, hits better, making the game more deadly.

    The 45 were subtracted first. When a team reaches 0, it does not matter what happens after that. You can sink the last enemy ship after the enemy team reaches 1000, you still lose.

    But I was not talking about that. I was talking about your inital statement. If you want to discuss something different, you should prepare your opening post better or, even better, use the existing thread that is discussing your issues: You wrote that... "For all the abovementioned reasons and also because changes need time to sink in i.e to be understood and to be fructified." You are the one claiming to able to notice the difference

    Edit: And that is why percentiles do not show players of similar skill. Averages give a better measure which ships are on average a bigger threat to your teams win. Conde or Annapolis are not a big threat, since your team has these ships too. When the enemy has a DM and your team has a Hindenburg, the DM is a bigger threat to your team.

    And that is with dragon flags... Which is unusual for many players. You should have noticed that the booster for Captain XP go much higher than 100%, since they are not additive anymore.

    DD are already soft limited to 4 while a certain other class has a soft limit of 5. If you know how to dodge torps, where is the problem? Especially when many DD are not really torpboats.

    That is what you wrote: I do not see you mentioning other issues or talking about a last straw. It is just mindless hyperbole. There is no wide consensus on that, as this thread clearly shows. You claimed it needs time, not me. Deadeye was obvious and improved only one class and rewarded passive play, which was the biggest issue of the whole disaster. And if a 4% change is that obvious to you and "frakked" a class, 7% should be childs play to you.

    You assessment is a personal opinion, not a fact. When you want to talk about all the problems of a class, you should do so (there is even a thread for that), but you cannot attribute the impact of these problems to one issue alone. If changes need time to sink in, then they not easily noticeable. Again hardly something a sane person would call "frakked". If the 4% dispersion change is that noticeable, it should be easy for you to identify BB with Aiming System Mod 1 in every battle, just by watching some of their salvos.
