Other BB have the same range secondaries. Hydro does not help when you sit in smoke in a BB. There is are reason that UK CL have increased acceleration, otherwise not even they could get out in time and many still fail.

Every ship has problems vs higher tier. Blyska handles that much better than most Tier VII DD. Yes, she is primarily a DD hunter and she does that well. With the free respec I gave her IFHE and I like it.

Normal players get better when they play above their skill level. The players you are talking about do not get better no matter where you put them.

Die Punkte richten sich nach dem Verhaeltnis der Teamwertungen. Gegen ein hoeher gewertetes Team zu gewinnen bringt mehr Punkte als gegen ein Schlechteres zu gewinnen. Beim Verlieren ist es umgekehrt.
