She needs a 10 to 14 point captain and that did not change by removing stealth fire. And since you did ask for one point: No, torps are not a joke. Some torps could be better, but in general they are a good tool and most of them did not change for the worse. -
The ships is not axed. She will be back. This is like a clothing department store changing their inventory every three months or do you complain about that too?

FYI: the requirements for the "North Cape" (Duke of York) campaign are way more specific/harder than those for the Graf Spee of 2016.

No, WG is out to get you. You are the only one with that problem. There are screenshots of a program that show how game admins can influence the gameplay for each player. Someone must activated all the bad MM options for you. You must have really angered someone. There is nothing you can do.

I just citadeled a Gneisenau with GC guns. And a game before I tanked two Fusos and a New York and lived....

G101 has a higher rate of fire, but a little less damage and more torps.

Depends on caliber and ship. Koenigsberg works well without IFHE. Cleveland becomes a beast with IFHE.
