You do not count the battle tier. You count the number of ships of each tier. That is more balanced. People have done that and posted that on the forum. Still does not change the fact that Tier X ships cannot get uptiered.

Tier +1/-1 is no manipulation. That are the MM rules. The WR of players goes usually up, as I ALREADY wrote. Especially if they stay at the same tier. How can you say it was easier before when they won less?

That means we are interested in facts, not fiction. You hypothesis about the easy start can be disproven easily. Most players have a tough start and get BETTER with time, meaning they win more. You say the opposite.
