I am not the one deciding that. That is a community standard for years, probably since WoT. Feel free to make up new standards, but the community will not respect them.

Unicum status starts at 60% winrate, but feel free to limit that definition further, it just makes the number of players even smaller.

It helps to know how much it changes, but since you claim that you do not have an opinion about that, you do not know and therefore cannot assess that. If one follows your theory, people should not be able to tell their age, since it is not a set figure. Somehow people manage to do it anyway...

So you think that the unicum ratio from the 4th year of the game and the 6th year of the game is vastly different to the 7th year of the game and now far above 2%? Without any proof or reason? Despite the fact that the numbers of the 4th and 6th are quite similar? Yes, these are counted to and the ratio is still that low...

Since that is not my list, I cannot say. But since the list is supposed to display the winrate distrubution on the EU server, I cannot imagine that maplesyrup applied any filters based on Tiers.

I had accounted for that, which was the reason to be extremly careful. For a long time you could consider Black players to be very skilled, now everyone can buy her in the armory.

Not really, player skill is too variable. Recently I faced off in a Tier VII division against a Tier IX division. The enemy had a Black, I was in a Shiratsuyu. I told my Div mates that we could have a problem if that division spawns on our side.They did. I played carefully and expected the worst. And the Black radars from max range, barely hits me and I speed boost easily out of his range, since he does not chase me. He got hit harder than me. Another two encounters like that and he was sunk, while I lost around 1/3 of my HP, despite the game being a CV game and my ship being the ship with the weakest AA on my team...

Contrary to some other people I know what I am talking about. The ratio of unicums was 1.12% in 2019 and 1.35% in 2021. One should note that these winrates are account winrates. The ratio for solo winrates would be much lower.

Grey Boosters are not useless. And if you want to "stack" for some big games, that is what the green and blue boosters are for. The grey ones are for the rest.

It does not happen as often as you claim. Unicums make up less than 2% of the playerbase. And when you do not lose half your team to radars, why complain about radars? You could complain about the clouds, it would be similarly appropriate. How is it my problem that you complain about stuff that does not matter or you just made up? Is it not socially acceptable anymore to point out that alternative facts are not facts?
