I really like it More choices instead of one optimal build. Way faster to get last skill - sadly to get all skills for a secondary build I require more points than before, but ok. HEAP makes small guns way better.

I'm fine with it. Speeds up the game. Had two matches on PT were the last ship was hunted with that skill. One time he could escape between the island - the second time he got captured, that prevented the game form lasting forever.

Had anyone a Premium-camo on a moved IJN-DD? How has this been handled?

Außer man hat lieber die höhere Feuerchance, weil man lieber gegen größere Schiffe als DDs kämpft. Auch eine legitime Wahl.

Ihr Kaliber ist groß genug um Zerstörer auch frontal zu durchschlagen, also nein. Nur bei niedrigstufigeren CLs würde sie damit durch den Bug kommen. Alles in allem aber ein skill, der viel Know-how verlangt, bei welchen Schiffen man welchen Teil der Schiffspanzerungen damit durchschlagen kann. Ob man da mit der höheren Feuerchance nicht besser fährt?

The more I test these skills on the PTS, the more I like them. Especially the one that tells you how many are aiming at you. The CV-skills seemed rather useless. Tested the HEAP 5x on the Akizuki. Did better with AP, so not a choice for me. We'll see if it's usefull on the Atlanta. I'm ok with RDF. Takes too much points to use it - and i found no greater use of it in every ship. For most builts I needed the points for something else more.

Since I found out that spending the CV-game spotting the enemy ships and ignoring the enemy CV is actually very rewarding, I like such changes. And it's kind of fun to do only spotting support. No real incentives to go strike anymore. Maybe the new Captain-perk to lower Strike-planes detect-ability helps, but I doubt.- 12 replies

Clan-gefechte sind schon im beta-stadium. Ab morgen auch am Public Test Server. Team-Gefechte wurden "bis auf weiteres" ausgesetzt. Fraglich ob sie mittelfristig wieder kommen.

You get 25% maintenance returned after the battle. With premium time / ships you can do really good.

Hattest du einen disconnect oder lag? Laut englischen Forum kann das passieren wenn die Turmposition nicht mehr mit den Server synchronisiert ist.

Des Moines may have a decent fire rate and good radar. But you need get close to caps to eat that DDs. And get away alive after that. Has not worked out for me, I prefer Hindenburg. But that's fine when not everyone drives the same ships. -

US-cruiser are a relict from the early game, where CVs were dominant and always there - and BBs had no AA. This has not worked out, so BBs got AA and US-CA became obsolete. You can do good with them, but it requires more luck and work than BBs. For fun play, I recommend Coop, there are less BBs. -

This is basically not a bad idea, but should better sound like "earn 30k XP with a carrier" - not these impossible DD-missions. -

Terrible mission design, more demotivating than motivating. Thanks we have the convoi-missions that were made by someone who knows what is fun. Or as MrFingers said: -
