Izmail plays very similarly to Normandie, the tier VI French BB. I am regrinding the French BB line and Normandie was a breeze. Delete cruisers with AP, punish BBs and DDs with HE and have fun. Keep your free exp for something better. If you absolutely have to pick one of those three Alaska is the strongest.

Moskva is a nice ship and worth getting. That said, try to conserve your free exp and credits. You can skip some ship modules and upgrades on t8 and t9 to save credits.

This makes perfect sense to me. Less videos of the kind "omg this WiP ship is so overpowered/underpowered check it out", and more content focused on current events and finalized ships. There are now so many videos on youtube about WiP premium ships that customers are getting confused.

Run WGCheck tool, include report to support ticket. In the meantime check the internet for issues with your hardware components.

27mm is a small treshhold, it's up to you if it's worth 4 skill points and half fire chance. I personally retrained Smolensk captain without IFHE. I think aiming for superstructure you will mostly shatter on the 30mm deck rather than get random hits on the 27mm plating. It's rarely useful.

I'd skip IFHE on the ships you mentioned, without Belfast which may find it useful. My advice is to check what threshold you can meet with IFHE - 27mm for cruiser plating, 32mm BB plating in t8+, 38mm some decks/plating. If you pass one of those thresholds and you can spare the captain points, IFHE may be useful.

That was quite thoughtful, thank you. I agree with previous poster that thinks that codes being active only during stream is unfair to many players, and having staff deal with such threads on individual bases seems strenuous.

Free Exp is a money generator for WG because of the economic flags. Stacking the "premium" signals and camos like Mosaic and Ouroboros can give you 20k free exp per game, on a good Daily - 35k+. In that case, making free exp is easy. It takes less than 5 games to make 100K. On the other hand, if you play with regular signals, you are looking at what, 2K free exp per day? That is 50 days to make 100K free exp. Most players are somewhere in between. I am personally holding off the 2M free exp purchase, seems like whale bait.

4 containers = 100 tokens. Guildmate got 360 or 380 which is the highest I've seen so far.

Good catch. This 21mm Gearing plating was a key feature of a WG gameplay/armory video, how it was resilient to non-IFHE DDs. I hope it get's bumped to next level plating to keep the functionality.

Similar issues immediately after update. Ships are "in battle" after it ends, Armory doesn't finish exchange. It appears a server is not working.

Try to submit a ticket as soon as you can, and run WGCheck tool. I had a couple of disconnects in the last month and one crash to desktop, but managed to reconnect on the first try.

Concealment is king for every ship unless you are doing some niche build that absolutely requires other skills and modules. Regarding Vigilance skill - it is most useful on destroyers as they are the first to meet torpedoes and have the maneuverability to avoid them in the reaction window.

Jean Bart is fantastic and has unique gameplay, in my opinion even compared to Bourgone it has unique features that make it fun and strong. It does not meet your criteria of being tier X, but considering it is going to be removed soon I think you have to get it. edit: I just saw your last post and you got Jean Bart. Congrats and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

It is always personal preference which ships to skip because you don't enjoy them. I personally wouldn't skip Izumo, maybe use free EXP to get hull or gun range. She has very different gameplay compared to Amagi but it's not a worse ship.

I have a decent free EXP bank. I didn't fancy buying Freisland and Azuma, which are terrible ships in my opinion, and Alaska is serviceable. I am definitely not looking for any more 1M or 2M port decorations, especially since free EXP can be used for RB. I'd like to get some unique designs.

The question is - is the ship worth 2M free exp compared to 1M ships, or is it just WG trying to reduce the amount of banked free exp.
