Thank you for your help. I'd tried finding how to get support but must have clicked on some wrong options. I've now done the 'wgcheck' and sent to support. When I ran it, it said I had game client error. I ran 'recovery' but no idea if it actually recovered anything, but I did get a 'WoWS_report.wgc' which I attached to support Thanks again .

I started a battle then got ''restart / terminate'' ... 4 times I attempted to get back in, now I have SEVEN battles penalty !!! I am not risking adding to that number so does anyone know how I can tell when it's ''safe'' to play again?? I have cleared cache, rebooted, etc., etc., ... Nothing has changed on my PC since yesterday. Nothing new installed & my internet connection is working normally. Being 'pink' for a couple of battles is not a major deal & I can clear it quickly by running tier 1, but I am concerned that it is now accumulating Thank you

Logged in today & got rid of 2 penalties before 'critical error' hit me again ... Now up to 11 penalties !! Do I get completely banned from the game at some stage?

. Oh ... and the ''link below'' in the error message takes me to a non-english page, possibly Russian, which i don't speak / write
