lower tiers... at lower tiers cruisers have like 10-12 km range... low tiers are yolo mods and nothing to do with mid-high tiers secondary guns? lol. thats not a problem at all. its other DDs, radars, CVs and ofc hydros. we dont need an other counter to DDs. dud we had sub test you are aware of that, right. we tested subs already. like i said, we have already tested it and wg wants to keep going with homing torps. im not quite sure that you understood the game

dude you notice that before DDs get into 300m, they get stopped, right? you didnt test them, did you? first of all, this is waste of time because you can literally be much more useful by fighting for caps and spotting enemy DDs while spamming homing torps to enemy ships in the same time. second of all, what if CV doesnt sit?

Doesnt matter, you gotta get on the top of the sub to kill it. And DD is gonna be spotted while doing this. Spotted DD=dead DD. Again, as long as sub has the spotting advantagr, DD is not gonna be able to counter the sub. How is sub supposed to counted carrier? By sailing all the way around to enemy spawn and find the CV? Nice gameplay right there.

that 99% "banter crap talk" doesnt affect your game. it doesnt make you lose games or win games if you are not a snowflake. but that 1% important information might make you win more games... besides how do you know if that guy being a smartass or if he is actually giving good advise to win the game?

not using chat? what about informations / communication which might be important? someone calling radar before radaring? "im gonna radar in 20" for example. did it ever come to your mind?

what you fail to see is that subs being broken as hell. i really want them to have in game. i would like to play them and i would like to play against them if only they were balanced ofc. the fundamental problem with subs is them being too stealthy. i mean, ofc they are gonna be stealthy but this game has been shaped around 3 main classes which are DDs Cruisers and BBs. i dont count CVs because you know, they do whatever they want, whenever they want without having any counter whatsoever. Anyway. Subs being too stealthy. Why is this a problem? There is one advantage that DDs have over other classes. and its concealment. Subs takes that one advantage of DDs, crew it and spit it out. thats why and sadly subs dont fit in any gamemode besides operations right now. and i dont belive they will ever fit as long as they outspot DDs. so, maybe try to stay objective instead of defending a new toy like a kid without thinking at all.

wrong, toxicity happens in chat. someone misplays and the toxicity starts. if we had a working report/punishment system, noone would bother to use chat. just report that guy for bad play and move on.

Wanna lower the toxicity? Introduce a proper report system with significant punishment. Right now "playing poorly"doesnt have any impact. Make it so, If someone gets reported due to poor play and cant avrg 1k base xp, give them a penalty and force them to play either coop or low tiers (max t4). So instead of flaming, people would just report that guy which misplayed. That was the first idea which came to my mind.

people has been suggestion not to pick a fair fight. well this goes for all engagements, not only for DD vs DD. In a DD fight, you gotta play with your speed and rudder all the time. you gotta know how to juke and not to be juked by enemy DD. once you become good at this, you can win even unfair fights easly. it happens realy often that i get radared in my DD but dont take any damage for entire radar duration because most of the players are really easy to juke.

we had this and full pen damage on DDs was terrible. wasnt balanced since BBs' alpha damage is way too high. That has been adressed by good/top players almost since day 1 and finally WG changed it. (then came ita cruisers with sap which nuke DDs but its a different story.) besides, even with 10% cap on shell damage, BBs can do huge amount of damage on DDs. even if you land one AP shell with a BB, its around 1,4k damage. that 1,4k health means a lot when it comes to DDs. Btw. this 10% cap on shell damage doesnt include HE shells. so, why dont you try to be a bit smarter and change ammo type at the right time? so, why dont you play DDs first? let us see how long do you live even with 10% cap on shell damage.

To be honest, that has nothing to do with ship itself. 2 decent smolensk players wouldnt get caught and die. In fact they would have killed you instead. Thats the problem with smolensk. She is so freaking op. But because players like these, her stats look like she is completely balanced.

i get it. you used them to respec the commanders. how are they gonna tell the difference between someone who spent his/her doubloons because of the misinformation about deadeye and someone who just wanted to respec his/her commander while knowing the truth about deadeye?
