nope citadels are there but i guess you couldnt hit them.

i watched the streams of really good players playing with moskva. Its armor is not insane. and t8-9 BBs can score massive hits on it. i guess you just couldnt aim well for its citadels.

i can suggest you some youtubers to watch some videos. flamu, aerroon and notser. you can learn lot from them.

yeah moskva is not that impressive. but i loved the radar.

hindenburg performs well too. Only Des moines cannot perform well against BBs but believe me it does its job very well which is giving aa support. Caping, spotting, make all ships in range turn and show broadside to enemy. dont you know a BB/DD division tactic? And no other ship (exept CVs) can break the game as much as DDs do. you can have 6-7 BBs in a team. they are all visible all the time and they wouldnt affect the game that much. focus fire and you can get them one by one. also DDs can help. you can have 6-7 CAs in a team. as long as DDs spot them no problem. But 6-7 DDs... oh and dont go that far to find the reason of this problem. With the buff for torp stealth, DD numbers began to increase. You can search old DD threads, i said that there are going to be too many DDs in future. finaly with the last patch, which included nice buffs for DDs and torps, our problem appeared.

get yourself a yamato or montana and face with a zao, which would melt your HP, while you even cant see him. Than ask your questions again. CAs are just fine. They are performing well against other CAs and also BBs. the reason of that DD problem is the buffs they got. It is that simple. Before you start to whine "DDs have the less avrg dmg in the game bla bla bla..." Do you really believe that the damage is the only way to affect battles massive?

5% or 50% doesnt matter. If someone gets long waiting time, there is no problem about someone else to get it too. You are just making it dramatic. that unmatched DD pool cannot grow that much. Do you think people would wait that long? Nope they would get an other ship and go into battle. Atm the DD problem is pushing people away from playing BBs and CAs. most of them are playing DDs too. With that solution, the waiting time can push people away from playing DDs and get some other ships. There are no other solution to this problem. Limit the number of DDs, its the best. There is no end of nerfing or buffing ships, thats why they cannot be an option to solve this problem.

no its not impossible. There are still tier X games and in each battle 6 DDs can participate. The others have to wait. CVs have really long waiting time now. why shouldnt DDs have long waiting time?

with writing something on the forum you can change nothing in the game. and everbody knows that. but there is huge problem which affects many people. everyone want to define his/her unrest about the problem. so its normal to have that many threads.

Nobody is claiming that DDs are OP. There too many DDs and thats it. what is your source? do you consider that a part of the DD players have also other tier X which they dont want to play in a situation like this. so you dont really need extra people for extra battles. before the DD buffs there were always many people who were waiting for battle with BBs and CAs. Now all we can see is waiting DDs. where did those guys go? did they leave the game or did they just grind a dd? I am not a statistic maniac so i dont search for statistics like crazy. i only check some players stats, thats it. I play that game nearly everyday and i only tell what i saw. and from the people i know, there are lots of players who are waiting for a better MM to sail their BBs and CAs. Other solutions could be some nerfs or buffs but that makes the game always worse. You can understand it from the current situation. Buff the torps buff the torps and here we are World of DDs. Nerf them again and again welcome the lack of DDs. besides it wouldnt be dramatic as you say. keep the tier X DDs away from tier 8 games. allow them to join in tier 9-10 battles only. waiting time for DDs would increase and people who dont want to wait that long can play an other ship. problem solved.

you are right. i started to play cvs quite new. so i dont know how fun were they but they are really strong right now. im at lexi now and those DBs are just great.

you re stating the current situation. this will change. thats why there is no point you to say that crap. Because there are too many people who dont play their tier X CAs or BBs atm. Some of them have already mentioned that on forum. If there were max 3 DDs per team, people would start to play their tier X ships.

i play also lexington, tirpitz, atago and tashkent and i get rarely tier X ships. for example i did yesterday 10 battles with tirpitz and 6 battles with lexington. There ware tier Xs only in 2 battles.

stop saying the same thing over and over. It is the situation atm. After a limit to DD number there will be definitely more people playing other classes.

if people starts the same thread over and over maybe its time to start thinking why they re doing this.

112 battles with tier 8 ship. So he got maybe 2-3 tier Xs in battle few times.

now try to imagine 4-5 Shimas in enemy team. at least you had CVs there. now imagine that shimas where are no CVs. oh of course its not all. There are probably 1-2 other DDs. in total 6-7 DDs...

this is not the montanas fault. the shoot is just perfect. it doesnt prove that montanas armor is bad. excellent aiming flamu gg.

because if they chose an other way, dd wouldnt be able to spam torps at them. they had 3 posibilties. Going north, thats what they did, going east, towards the cap or camping behind those islands. Camping doesnt give you a victory. So north or east? If you noticed, there were many fubukis in front of them. That means fubukis were sailing in the middle of map but when they saw the BBs coming from behind, they returned. So if they sailed towards the cap, shima would also sail in the middle. So what do you suggest exactly to avoid that torp spam?

about the stealth mechanic, i mentioned it but i got feedback about that it is off the topic so we closed it and turned back to the topic again which is "top tier DDs". About that you dont have any. so im tired of saying this its really enough now. you can eat every [edited] here if you want. but nobody would show respect to your posts. because you dont know any [edited] about those tiers.
