capping already gives tons of xp. so do you want DDs get 5-6k base exp from every battle? and everything in this game is about winning. you can show an amazing performance but if you lose you will get less exp and probably less credits than the guy in winning team, who showed worse performance than you just bcause of winning bonus.

I started to play american cvs after 5.1 and people were asking for help. And cvs were asking help all the time until they go aa defence.

I had the same situation with my BBs but also with other ships. I cant remember how many times i killed 3-4 ships with my murmansk alone. So does that make murmansk god of the seas? If you give example with tier 8 BB than compare with shokaku. And imagine how easy shokaku kills your tirpitz.

Every ship is good if you can play them. But this is just exaggeration, i agree with trouble. "Destroy fleets" lol! everything is pink in dreams, right?

I agree with the OP. There are so many newbies who ruin the game at tier 8-10.

Have you ever considered that you are doing somethong wrong maybe? I played tier 9 CA and i still play tier 9 CA, i dont have that issue. I have never got one shooted with a tier 9 ship. Yes sometimes i got huge hits but those are mostly my mistakes. Unlike other people say here, its much easier to oneshoot a CA with a BB at low tiers. (5-6)

Oh it does. Its such a campfest in those battles. And you have nothing to do if you are not in a DD. I had so many battles in which we killed all of enemy CAs and BBs and than just waited 7-8 mins enemy DDs to torp us. If you want to play that many DDs in a team, WG should introduce a gamemod where only DDs can be played.

If that extra option breaks the game and gives you a 20 mins of crap, its better to remove that option.

I dont have any source its onlt what i feel since 5.5. I also heard this from many good players. Yes you could punish yamato but it happens more often after the patch. I dont remember hitting that many citadels with montana to a yamato from its bow. The only issue is torpedo belt you are right about it. But 1 extra turrent and no ridiculous over pens make that ship good. And every ship loses AA to HE shells but that doesnt change that montana has much better AA compare to yamato. There is no need to say "yamato>montana" they have both good and bad sides. Both have different playstyles. Brawl with montana and with %95 chance you will die really fast.

Everyone say yamato>montana. Why is that? They have almost the same heal ability, after the patch 5.5, you can actually punch 30k with montana to a yamato from its bow, montana have 1 extra turrent which is a huge plus at killin CAs, yamato has ridiculous overpens which montana doesnt has and montana has much better AA. Ok yamato has bigger guns so its more likely to damage angled enemies. But its not that dramatic after 5.5 imo. They are equal and well balanced.

Since 5.5 i like my monty more than my yamato. And with the new buff, it will be much better and there will be no gap between yamato and monty anymore. You can grind for both. They are both good ships.

Wrong. DDs are huge danger for pushing ships. Battles with 6-7 dds in a team were really a campfest because noone wanted to move forward and to be the targrt for those DDs. But battles with 1-2 even 3 dds, i see defibitely less people camping and battles are much more dynamic.

Economy is fine. Learn how to play and you will make good profit even with tier Xs.

Stardart battles are camp fest exp. at high tiers. And they are boring as hell.

Did you try to drop from distance? I have never played tier 8 IJP cv but i play lexi. And i have never got any problem with attacking tier 8-9 USN BBs.

Find an other target. Attacking to a target which has sulport is foolish. AA CAs can make you lose many planes. Those are usually USN CAs and aa defence is their main strenght. So try to avoid them. US BBs alone are not problem. Even tier 9 cvs can rape full AA montana. Once i saw a cv player whining about aa in chat. But right before he cried he tried to attack me. We were 3 cas division and we were all together. My AA roon, baltimore and atago. He lost all his planes. Would you expect something else in that situation. He was a fool for trying to attack that many cas.

Its simple, do not attack to cleve with tier 5-6 cvs. Its also same for kutuzov and tier 7-8 cvs. There are several AA ships.

Before the 5.5 changes you and few others were whining about shimakazes performance. But WG didint agree with you. That means, your stats dont tell the truth always.
