Yep, poor GZ got always hit the hardest. I´ll be okay with it if they would finally fix the damn AP divebombers. It´s totally ridiculous how the bombs fall and it´s only RNG. Or simply give the attack planes same speed as torp and ap bombers. Whatever, please finally do something.

Since i do not care anymore about reaching rank 1 with a good winrate, i really enjoy ranked. 1. MM +-0 / +-1 It´s so enjoyable to take a Tier 8 ships you like and click "battle" without having nightmare of PetroOplovsk, Franklin D. Ruletheworld and Thunderer. 2. 7vs7 fits my older and slower brain more. It´s just not such a mess in terms of numbers. I completely grinded the russian CA line (from Tallinn to Petro) in ranked and actually had fun (most of the time) doing it.

That´s what i thought for a long time too. Then 0.10.0 hit the servers, together with some copy&paste clones disguised as PanAsian ships. And while the forum was in flames because of this crappy rework i saw "happy" customers sailing with their recently purchased LongDings, CrapDongs and MehPings. And i guess that those people are the majority of players. They simply don´t care or maybe they don´t understand whats happening. This whole captain skill rework is just a big scam with the only purpose of making grinds longer and so motivate the "target audience" to spend more.

The qualitiy of the game would profit, we (the ones who care) would enjoy the game more, but WG wouldn´t profit.

If i were a WG employee i would adapt your idea without hesitation. Troll level: infinitely EDIT: i already see it..... big Twitch streamer opens 100 gifted containers and gets 1 credit compensation notification for every opened container...mUaHAhaHAhaHa

I did not experiment with DD skills, only tried BBs (brawling / deadeye). With CA (heavy) i only used the standard skills (PT/IFA, more consumables, concealment) because the new ones are either pretty meh or absolutely stupid / situational / hard to trigger). The new skills don´t offer multiple meaningful ways to skill your captain. In my opinion we´re left with 1 "competitive" and maybe a meme build option. So i am pretty sure this whole rework is just a badly disguised "gib me moh money" mechanic to rip us off.
