    @radius77 I've played all the different range builds and there is nothing wrong with them. I think you simply misunderstood that I was suggesting was an alternate way to play the Smolensk, it's not about right or wrong. It's purely about personal choice and after experiencing different builds this is the one that I've found to be more personally rewarding.

    Hey again everyone and welcome to my latest video on the royal navy cruiser line. I do realise that wargaming has removed the Belfast from the premium store and that it's now only available to be won in a supercontainer but to leave it out of the series on how to play british cruisers would do this majestic ship a great disservice. It's still in the game and those that are lucky enough to have it still love it.     @Noobyskooby I'm working on a couple at the moment including the Smolensk, Benham, Shimakaze and hopefully one on the Colbert which is a similar playstyle to the Atlanta but with some subtle differences including a big tier gap but I'll put the word out to some good players if they have a nice replay showing off good gameplay I'll see what I can do -)

    Hello once again everyone, I've been playing the Russian Battleships now for a few weeks and they are proving to be quite a bit of fun. The Sinop was the third one I got from a soviet container and it's proving to be an incredibly strong tier 7 battleship, with these amazing 406mm guns it really feels borderline overpowered.     @Admiral_H_Nelson The skills you have chosen are fine. That's the beauty of the captain skills system, it allows us to find the balance that can suit each and everyone's own unique playstyle. The builds I suggest in these videos suit a certain role and playstyle I've personally found to work well and I attempt to explain that role and playstyle as clearly as possible despite my thick Irish accent -) I like to be up close and personal in destroyer games, I feel I can influence the outcomes of battles from this position which is quite empowering and raises the fun factor exponentially. Others will prefer to go more long range and kiting setups because it suits how they want to play and that's totally fine. It's all about finding what works for you. One last thing Vauquelin is quite a good ship and don't be turned off when I say it's challenging, important lessons can be learned from adjusting ones playstyle for each ship moving up the lines and Vauquelin is no exception. The time spent at tier 7 will make the transition to tier 8 Le Fantasque much easier. Glad you are enjoying the videos btw, thank you for the kind words!

    Hello once again everyone, I have to give a big shout out to one of my clanmates Khan for granting me access to his tier 7 French destroyer Vauquelin. It's proved to be really quite challenging and the most difficult French dd to play so far. However after playing around with builds and captain skills I believe I've found a really nice balance and strategy that works really well. As usual the full build and captain skills are included.     Hello once again everyone, I finally managed to get the Jaguar mission drop from one of the French containers and it's kind of surprised me compared to the Siroco and the Guépard which are very much gunboats. The Jaguar has the same guns but it's these amazing torpedos and large hitpool that make this tier 5 French DD really stand out from the crowd.     @Admiral_H_Nelson Firstly, let me say thank you and I'm glad you enjoyed them. The French destroyer line is difficult to play well. It's the main reason I've tried to lay out simple guidelines about how to approach each ship as there are quite subtle differences between them and moving up the tiers really does affect the gameplay quite dramatically. I feel your pain with the Guépard, my first 10 games in it had 8 with tier 8 cvs and the other two had double tier 6 carriers so I got used to getting smacked around plenty -) Avoid the rush forward and whenever possible look to play the role as support destroyer operating in the zone just behind your own destroyers. Can be difficult when playing solos in randoms as you are reliant on solid dd play from teammates but when playing divisions it's much easier you can set up with this in mind I'm currently playing the Vauquelin and it's proving to be the most difficult so far. Lot of tier 9 matchmaking, tier 8 carriers enemy, tier 8 destroyers with far superior concealment, you know the drill. I'm going to cover this aspect of support dd play more and hope to provide a clearer picture in the next video. All I can say is "Don't give up". These ships are good and feel very powerful at times.     @Panocek I'm not saying run out and buy it but for any that don't have the Aigle it's worth doing the directives and picking it up for free. Free premiums are virtually always worth it and can be a real building block for newer players earning credits xp etc and nice for retraining French captains. It's a fun little ship.

    @Admiral_H_Nelson It's good to be out enjoying the weather so good on you. The grind for this ship isn't actually that bad but when it comes down to your main talking point about the Siroco not being good for PVE I think I would have to agree with you. It is however a ton of fun in randoms. I had a chance earlier to play around with the Mogador and it really feels powerful, faster torps, faster shell speeds and just faster faster faster in general.

    Hello once again everyone, I managed to get my hands on the premium tier 5 French Destroyer Siroco and this ship is feels insanely strong. In just my 5th game I set my all time damage record for tier 5 ships. Siroco is a ton of fun and can be picked up for free by completing all 4 directives in the current French destroyer event.     Hello once again everyone, If you didn't already know the The Russian Battleships are finally in the game for everyone and proving to be quite a bit of fun. The Pyotr Velikiy was the second one I got from a soviet container and it's proving to be an incredibly strong tier 5 battleship. TBH I think it has all the potential to be a real seal clubber at this tier. I included the full ship build with upgrades and captain skills at the start of the video.
