    There are so many variables that can affect one's credit income, both in game and real life circumstances. Why are u assuming OP's circumstances is the same as everyone else?

    Well, unless you get a premium ship or account, the only way to be sustainable for you is to play mid tier games and earn credits to play higher tier games. Since you are unable to get a premium ship or account, it may be better for you to decide on 1 line where you really wanna play and grind that line till tier 10. Then play mid tier for the other lines to earn the credit to support that one line's progress.

    The problem is you seem to be extremely receptive to any disadvantage that gets placed on CVs when CVs are already given disadvantages that people seem to convinently ignore. You then dismiss all this as complaints when most of this complaints are legitimate ones. Your sense of "balance" therefore comes off as pretty one sided. No matter how fast a CV is, they turn like a brick and can't really do anything once they're spotted. Without some manual ship control, the enemy CV can easily attack and sink you since you have to first go into M mode and 2nd, click on the map to make a turn to avoid damage. With the current system, i just hit q or e and my ship makes a hard turn to avoid enemy cv torps or bomb. I dont even think you can slow down or accelerate if i remember correctly. So how is that balanced?If you get attacked by another CV you deserve to die without being able to do anything? Come on now. At least think about it before saying something is balanced.

    Whatever you said makes no sense. Why should a CV be disadvantaged by not being able to be manually steered? Every other ship class can manouvre to avoid or minimise damage but CVs cannot because they are going to be more of them after the rework and hence they should be "disadvantaged" to balance them? CVs movement are pretty clumsy as they are already, with some of the largest turning circle. And now you want it to be even worse? Do you really hate CVs that much that you're ok with any disadvantages given to CVs?

    I normally use the auto pilot and zig zag as well. The problem is when you get attacked and want to make a hard turn to avoid/minimise the damage. Can't do it with the new controls. Close enough. Only in certain situations otherwise its just autopilot.

    Lol OP, u remind me this fat freddy on my team that called our team the worse but spend his entire game behind spawn by the border to the next map. We won but the guy came in dead last, even behind the lowest scoring enemy ship

    That's good. Im working my way up the French BB line, though at a slower pace. Currently practicing the art of Zao ;) Im ashamed to say i have not broken pass 30k damage in my cv games on the test server (maybe once). USN torps are really very slow like what El2azer mentioned. Midway's TB, while cool, has a very wierd drop pattern. Even at its narrowest it still feels very wide. IJN torps are ok i guess but being dwt, cannot hit DD which is kinda problematic. IJN AP DBs are just downright . I think everytime I dropped on a fuso it was a citadel hit, which is quite amusing. Haven gotten the Haku yet cause economics Im slowly getting the hang of the torp drops, which are way easier to execute than the AP or DP. I can't really guage the drop for those 2, especially with that misleading "targeting reticule" in front of the AP and DP which is not the actual targeting reticule. Therefore I often miss my targets. Those fighter plane call in feels kinda op if you know when to call them in. Hard to dodge them as well. My last game i saw the enemy fighter coming and pulled away hard right way before but still end up losing 2 planes as the fighters "strafed" me. I dont really have a deep impression on the new control mechanics yet but it definately feels like it could use some improvement. a) since we're going full fps, might as well introduce alttitude control. I can go left & right and if i attempt an attack run i "dive" down so why not? Its kinda there already. Let alttitude affect how AA works on the planes. b) ship control is downright horrible. I press M and click on the map and that's it. Might as well paint a huge hit me sign for the other ships. Hard to make hurt turns like u can in current play to dodge torps, bombs and shells. I also for some reason cannot use my repair party whenever i get lit or flooded cause it doesnt seem to exist despite me selecting it in port. Yeap so that's my impression so far. have to go earn some money to play CV but all ship are crappy without any modules or upgrade but no money to buy modules or upgrade. Feel like im stuck in some crappy cycle.

    @Redcap375 did u happen to play the Ranger yesterday on the CV test server on the Trident map? Had a guy on the enemy team that felt like you x)
