I bought premium for the entire year (at the end of last year) and so far I see nothing OP described. Its pointless for WG to even mess with your aim. For what purpose does it serve to them? "Pay another $30 bucks for this package that will give your account 5.0 sigma and such tight dispersion that all your shells can hit your a-s-s hole from 20km away without missing." You know how utterly ridiculous it sounds? Note that there is a difference between what EA and all the other scumbag game companies are doing and WG. Not saying that WG is a saint (they're not) but you have a company like EA charge you full price for a triple A title, then continue to rip you off for something you've already paid for just so they can milk the crap out of you. WG's model on the other hand is kinda like a pay if you want model. Im pretty sure if you ask now there are plenty of forumites who play for free and have never spent a single penny. You're not forced to pay. There are other options available to you to play the game without paying a single cent. You can get premium ships without paying a single cent. I think the problem with people is they just label everything as one. Oh, WG is like EA, making us pay with our souls just to play the game. That is in my opinion inherently false. Fault them for what they're actually at fault with, not because some other companies are doing.

I don't really know how all this damage numbers things work but im assuming that just because you have full pen hits doesnt necessary mean you do full damage? Your damage numbers will still roll between 0 to whatever max damage a GK shell can do.
