Regarding the Mutsuki issue and the captain, as Crysantos already said, it's a known issue and will be fixed when the server is retarted tonight. And regarding Hatsuharu, well, it's stock torps. Was the same with Mutsuki. And shouldn't you be able to mount the better ones from the start if you had the old Hatsuharu? Because in that case, everything should be researched and paid, you just need to install it.

If you would have looked at the stats and played a reasonable number of battles against them, it might be a valid perspective (although a very narrow one). But having seen one you can't identify and of which you don't know it's capabilities, then coming to the forum typing "they have been nerfed, right?" is just...well, pointless. Regarding all the stuff in your middle part...what? I didn't know where you come from, I do not care, why should I? And I think my opinion is superior because I actually played the ships and I have looked the stats and compared them extensively to the ships they replace. That's now even ill-minded against you, just a fact to state. You have done neither of those things, you haven't even played the old ships. Taking out the stat-club won't help anyone and leaves a bad taste.

Voicing an opionion based on absolutely nothing is even worse than a subjective one, because obviously every opinion is to some degree. To say "they have been nerfed" based on you seeing a ship you couldn't even identify, while obviously having no idea how to play a DD and never having looked at the ships (as you just admitted) just annoys me to no end. I don't know when this nerf-agenda started and who did it, but looking at the stats of the ships it's just a stupid thing to say. When you have played them all, like I did, it gets even more stupid. So yes, I will speak out against people like you. Deal with it. And I don't even know what you want to say with DEDD's, because quite frankly, it doesn't make sense. Make room for what and how? And freakin' why? I probably even know which kind of DD was run down. I could even tell you that yes, that is one of the new ones and yes, it is rather slow. Which is to balance out it's other overwhelming strenghts, because quite frankly, if it was also fast and maneuvrable, it would not be borderline OP in skilled hands, but just downright OP.

The torpedoes didn't change, they all retained the upgraded torps their predecessors had, just that at least on T6 and T7, they have far superior torpedo batteries, going from 2x3 to 2x4 and 3x3. So your observations are completely subjective. And objectively wrong. Because it can "feel" like that to you, it's just that this is your biased feeling and based on a small sample size.

First of all: a 1 vs. 1 really doesn't say anything. Worst metric to be used. I also disagree. But that doesn't matter. The sole advantage of Gremy are here HE shells. Yes, alright. 200m of stealth (it is 7 to 6.8 btw) doesn't really matter and the rudder shift for Anshan is actually better, because she can fit the T6 rudder module to which Gremyashi has no access too.

Not exactly sure what this comparison brings to the table, the statement was that Gremyashi could compete as a T7, which it can't. Because even a buffed Gremyashi isn't OP at T6, although it admittedly misses the stealth firing mechanic Gremyashi has.

Never realised that, actually yes! 5 knots. Which makes the "Gremy is a T7" statement even more ridicoulus.

Mindfuck: Gremyashi is a Gnevny as well! And stats wise, apart from bespoken stealth fire mechanic, Anshan is literally the same as Gremy. It just trades 1300 HP and 6 seconds of turret traverse improvement for 200m less stealth.

I always felt that the thing that made it OP in the current meta is it very favourable gun arrangement. You can tank damage bow on while still firing 9 guns. That is VERY effective against mostly newer players who don't know how to cope with something like that. While the accuracy is good, the penetration isn't and I really think it would suffer A LOT on T5. So it is not OP per se, but in the current meta it is. Although of course, it still is the best T4 BB. Gremyashi is OP because it can abuse an mechanic that was once in the game, but isn't available to any other ship anymore. That's blatantly OP. Nicolai on the other hand, as I said before, is probably OP due to meta and the player it goes up against most of the time. The other T4's don't have superstructure to speak of as well and apart from Myogi aren't really bricks in the water as well. It probably shouldn't have been a T4, but I'm not so sure it would fare that well at T5 either. And to which silver ship are you referring to? A potential T4 regular Russian BB?

Ein 10er DD ohne Tarnungsmeister ist leider absolut tödlich, da wird wenig zu machen sein bis du den wieder hast. Die Schiffe sind nuneinmal dahingehend gebalanced, dass dieser Skill genutzt wird. Hast du noch Drachenflaggen? Fahre vielleicht einfach eine Weile die Kamikaze mit den beiden Kapitäns-EP Flaggen, bis du das geschafft hast, und lass die Shima bis dahin liegen.

Akatsuki und Shiratsuyu sind besser als die alte Hatsuharu, die Fubuki und die Hatsuharu sind besser als die alte Mutsuki. Die Kagero ist, bei einem anderen Torpedo Arrangement, zumindest widerstandsfähiger als die alte Fubuki.

Alle Schiffe die du gerade hast, sind nach dem Patch entweder durch gleichwertiges oder (teilweise DEUTLICH) besseres ersetzt und erlauben exakt denselben Spielstil.

It's not. You can basically buy it as Anshan at T6 and nobody would say that one is OP. It is VERY powerful, but its reputation is probably not entirely justified. See above. Just as bad of an exageration. It's a T4 which would have needed adjustment to compensate for it's very powerful turret arrangement. It's the perfect sealclubber, but it is not per se an OP ship. Very interesting case actually.
