You clearly haven't read that sentence to it's end, Tuccy is saying here that WG tries to avoid taking too many players of big clans into it, as in, sometimes actively avoiding to do so because there are too much of one clan already. Because of this, this time OMNI and TTT players got the short end of the stick.

Commanders 2.0 (new skill tree confirmed)
Earl_of_Northesk replied to GenerallKrizmuz's topic in Archive
I was reacting to a statement. Regarding the matter of the thread, it's pointless to discuss it right now. We don't know what keen intuition does right now, it got changed, Neither do I know what was changed nore would I be able to talk about it. I will try it out, I will send feedback, just like last time. Before anything like that happens, why should I (or anyone) comment. -

We both know why there is a white field in your screenshot, don't try to go on that route with me. I played it for 69 games because that's all I needed to get though it, even more actually, and sold it afterwards. I did absolutely stellar in it, by any means. It's the same with Kagero and Yugumo. Not taking into account the games I played in ST, which you can't see. I'm not using the stats arguments against you, so please, don't try to use it against me. And I said I would want to remove the Gearing long range torps, or rather, nerf their range, how is that contradicting a statement that WG wants to remove long range torps from the game? Like, seriously, do you even TRY to make sense? I have very different reasons for that than "teamkilling", which I don't think is an issue with Gearing right now, but still, how the hell is that contradicting the statement you cited. And again, "random" just pointed towards the fact the blog you were citing (but which you don't actually seem to know) pulls stuff out of thin air without any actual inside information. If you don't get the joke, don't comment on it. -
Clemson alternative armament or new ship
Earl_of_Northesk replied to arczer25's topic in General Discussion
Has got nothing to do with Isokaze, it was always the better DD, people just don't get how to play American DD's at that tier and it drags the stats down. It's probably one of the most OP ships in the game. -

What the heck mate. Just because I also think that Gearing should lose torp range to adjust her more towards the changes on the IJN line, while it doesn't affect the performance of the IJN DD's as such (that US DD's tend to have longer range torps in high tier), WG is suddenly dumb? That argument doesn't even make the slightest sense. Like, really, absolutely none. I don't think you understood what I said. Well anyway: I played high tier IJN DD's. I do very, very, very well in them. Pretty funny argument by they way, since you do not seem to have any experience in high tier IJN DD's yourself, apart from a few Fubuki games. And it's not me saying they perform well, it's the stats telling us that. There is even a thread in the forum comparing old to new IJN DD performance on a weekly basis which basically tells us: Now - Old T4 < T4 T5 < T5 T6 > T6 T7 >> T7 T8 = T8 T9 > T9 I won't even delve into your rather stupid accusations of racism, or whatever that was supposed to be. It was an obivous non-mention of a certain blog that is rather controversial within the community, but if you didn't get that joke, you probably have never heard of it. -
Neuer russ.

Commanders 2.0 (new skill tree confirmed)
Earl_of_Northesk replied to GenerallKrizmuz's topic in Archive
Your winrate over such few games, tbh, doesn't tell anything. It's totally irrelevant and you know that yourself. And with the Fubuki having so much issues against enemy DD's in a 1 vs. 1 for me and the overwhelming majority of players one more smoke and speed boost was always far more valuable than 2 kilometers of range. You know that. In fact, you and Hurz are the only people I know that are complaining about the change (and Hurz is even complaining about the removal of the 15 km ones, to be specific, which is even more strange). Adding a 3x3 torpedo boat at T6 that can hold its own against enemy DD's far better than the previous ship at its tier is a lot of things, but not an adjustement to your beloved "BBabies". Same for ships like the Shiratsuyu. Also, adjustments to lines rarely happen at the same time, whether that's good or not. We might see adjustments in the future to Fletcher and and Gearing torpedoes, we ust don't know. Also, the Fletcher torps, while having better detection stats, also are a knot slower and do 1500 less damage while having 0.5km more range. So while there is a difference, it isn't nearly as much as you make it out to be. -

The 12km torps were always worse than the 10km ones in every aspect, so that is a VERY specific complaint by you unlikely to be shared by many. To most, it was just a waste of skillpoints. But we had that discussion already. If anything, the removal of those torps worsened the situations for "BBabies" because more people will use decent torps. And we both know Fubuki sports exactly the torps the Mutsuki always had, just with an additional launcher. Not sure what you are complaining about. IJN/American torpedo balance is a matter of its own and I do think Gearing (though not Fletcher) should lose range. But again, this has got NOTHING to do with the IJN changes. The T8 fares pretty much exactly the same as the old Fubuki, so I'm not sure where it is "lagging behind", although I also preferred the old Fubuki for certain, mostly game style related reasons. But she also outperforms the Tashkent and the Lo Yang, while not being far behind Benson. Yugumo lacks behind stats wise, although I'm really not sure why. It probably has got a high skill cealing, yes, but it is also a massive improvement over what we had in the Kagero before. Shima could need a buff, but she also wasn't really part of the rework. -

You tell me what you THINK is wrong. I guess I know what will come along: T4 and T5. I know people are sad that their beloved sealclubbers have been nerfed, but this was probably wrong just for you, not for the game. -

Devs did not answer any question, some random Romanian threw some stuff out there. Big difference. As of now, they perform well. You can talk about certain stats of them, like SBS did, but overall, they are just fine. But the worshipped TAP of course jumped on the bandwagon and imagined some statement so satisfy some people. He knows how to get clicks. -

Earl_of_Northesk replied to Reisen__'s topic in General Discussion
That is really one of the dumber proposals that Notser and iChase brought up: You can't "pay" us in doubloons as it would be payment that that would needed to be taxed. Also, I can't even imagine the outcry in the forum if we were actually to receive something like this from WG, as this would clearly mean we were biased, [edited]-licking WG drones right? -

If you eithe get a teamkill or 10.000 damage over a certain period of games, you get pink. That bit of team damage might have just been enough to tip you over that 10k damage limit.
