Was juckt mich der Bordflieger im High Tier. Selbst darunter: was interessiert er mich. Kurz nen Jäger drauf, oder einfach umfliegen und danach die bereits abgesetzte Staffel ein bisschen über dem Schiff kreisen lassen, damit der Jäger darauf geht und nicht auf meine Divebomber, die danach kommen. Sorry, aber das ist das 1x1 des Flugzeugträgers. Auch "WASD" ist eben kein Hardcounter. Die Hälfte rafft es nicht, die andere Hälfte vermeidet damit ein paar Torpedos, aber eben nicht alle. Gerade bei japanischen Trägern: wenn ich treffen will, dann treffe ich. Gegen Divebomber machst du sowieso auch mit WASD nix. Ich würde mir ja gerne mal angucken, auf welchem Niveau du CV spielst, um deine Auslassungen hier mal etwas einschätzen zu können

Na und? Flieg halt drum rum. Was willst du, eine Klasse ohne Counter? Und der einzige Counter ist halt AA. Eine Iowa macht mir übrigens nicht so die Sorgen, egal in welchem T9 Träger ich bin. Wenn die weg muss, ist die weg. Der Thread ist schon seit längerem so niveaulos, dass ich ihn nicht mehr anschaue. Ein Haufen Leute, die keine CV's spielen oder sich die CBT zurückwünschen sich sich seit nun fast 2 Monaten im Kreis drehen.

Okay, also ist kein Schiff in diesem Spiel OP. Das macht irgendwie keinen Sinn, was du hier schreibt. Bring mal einen Zusammenhang rein, ich habe keine Ahnung, was du mir hier erzählen willst. So wie du es schreibst, haben die Flakkbuffs die CV's gebuffst, ich hab so meine Zweifel, dass du das sagen wolltest.+ Und ja, CV's sind immer noch sehr stark. Und das kommt von mir, der bedeutend mehr Erfahrung in CV's hat. Sie brauchen jetzt nicht unbedingt einen weiteren Nerf, aber sie hier quasi als unspielbar darzustellen ist schlicht lächerlich.

Wie bereits erwähnt, waren CV's brutal OP und sind immer noch sehr stark. Manche Leute können nur nicht akzeptieren, wenn ihre Spielzeuge mal eins auf den Deckel bekommen.

Mit den CV Nerfs wäre ich mal gaaaaanz vorsichtig. Die Klasse war, über lange Zeit, brutal OP. Sowohl meine Essex als auch meine Taiho, beide erst in den letzten 3 Monaten begonnen (und beendet) bewegen sich immer noch in einem schmucken Bereich von 130k average Damage und einer Winrate >70%. Der massive Einfluss, den Skillunterschiede zwischen den beiden Trägerfahrern haben, dass ist aktuell das Problem. Sicher nicht, dass Träger in irgendeiner weise zu schwach sind, denn, sie sind es nicht. Meine Independence erfreut sich über 70k Durchschnittsschaden mit einem 1-1-1 Setup, würdest du das als schwach bezeichnen? Soviel dazu. Was Gremy angeht, nein, die gab es seit der CBT nicht zu kaufen. Die Kamikaze gab es im Dezember mal form Rework glaube ich, da bin ich mir aber auch nicht zu 100% sicher.

Supertest ist Supertest, folglich NDA. Was da passiert, weißt du nicht. Die ersten Änderungen sind auf dem PTS angekommen, alles andere ist erst einmal irrelevant, dass ist der Start. Für die verschlossenen Türen gibt es gute Gründe (im Allgemeinen das völlige überreagieren dieser Community, würde ich mal sagen). Druck machen? Auf was oder wen denn? Weshalb? Aufgrund deines brillianten, "sarkastischen Beitrages" hier? Das ganze ist nicht ganz so einfach, wie manche Leute sich das vorstellen.

Wir starten gerade ein Rework, irgendwer hat IRGENDWO gesagt das Wot vielleicht die Artillerie entfernt (was ich mal bezweifle) und hier wird so ein Thread eröffnet...na Glückwunsch.

Sorry mtm, but for a lot of DD's, you are just wrong here. For a USN DD without AFT for example, this 20 second spotting problem will barely exist. The stealth fire window on ships like Benson and Gearing is miniscule, it won't really make a difference. It won't exist for the Germans as well really (well, it's at least not as bad as before ) and the Russian don't care anyway. The Russians and the way I played them (specced for knifefighting, although I knew that wasn't ideal) are the main reason I think we will be fine. I played those, I had success, yes, I WAS spotted on the moon after killing a DD. It just requires a bit more thought.

This post...where to start. First of all: RUN AWAY PEOPLE, BELFAST GOT NERFED. Oh noooooooooo. Okay, so there's that. Second of all, Blyska was never advertised for stealth firing, it's a mechanic WG rarely acknowledges anyway. For your spotting problem there is a simple solution: don't take AFT. I don't either. See? Problem solved. And apart from some people which did not understand anything, nobody expected a free respec when the IJN DD's hit. There was zero reason. It was never announced. This time around, it has been. Just the post I expected when I came here. Oh my.

Funnily enough, my Blyska outperforms yours heavily in every single aspect while not using stealth fire. We seem to get a free respec, so, maybe just adapt?

I can already congratulate you to your awesome winrate. There's a cold, hard truth in here: Akizuki overperforms. Badly. This will likely be a nerf to her. But she kinda needs it. As for most (well, all non-IJN DD's) other DD's, I really don't think so. I've played all my DD's without them being specced for stealth firing. I did pretty well, wouldn't you say?

Akizuki is a very special case, and should you have paid attention, you might have noticed the first changes for her already hit the 0.6.3. PTS. So, maybe, just maybe you should reserve your judgement for now. For the last part: they still care enough about the game to realise there is a PTS in the first place. Which puts them above 80% of the playerbase. And I won't comment on IJN DD's here, as I said, different topic. I think they could do with a buff to their mid range torpedoes in most cases, but that's just me. We will see.

Funnily enough, in this case I absolutely DO care about the average players here. Because despite to contrary belief, stealth fire as a mechanic is, well, as you would expect, largely a mechanic abused by the better parts of the player base against the average ones. Casual players might not even really know it's possible and won't have the awareness to use it properly for sure. They might run without concealment module, maybe they don't take CE on their cruisers, etc. We have to be aware that we here, in this forum, are very different to the overall community. This also applies to you: you are NOT a "pleb" compared to the average player.

Oh, I'm fully aware of all these arguments, it has been done to death at this point. All I say is: it may kill certain playstyles, which haven't been widely used anyway but overall, it doesn't matter nearly as much as people think it will be. It bores me at this point. Also funny how everyone was complaining how USN DD's where to good at everything before and then, when they get a ever so slightly nerf (for some players) everyone is out of his mind. Other problems translates to "their fine" now in your mind? We both know you can do better than misqouting and intentionally missunderstanding me. Try again. Also, what is there on PTS with smoke that hasn't been done on live before? It's what I have been doing for the last 2 years if the situation meant I had to do it. Unless you are complaining that people on PTS tend to be a bit smarter, not wasting smokes before contesting caps and keeping the fire up when they could get unspotted and survive, well yeah, that kinda happens when you have a sever largely without the utter casuals. Still not a shift in meta.

That statement doesn't even make sense. Like, non at all. What exactly have they done different before and how will that change? How does the stealth fire nerf kill all those exciting 6km Battleship-DD duels?

Do not want to dissappoint you here Mtm, but for me, the difference will be almost unnoticeable apart from IJN DD's, which have...other issues. I just don't have AFT on my USN DD's, the Germans get a buff with this, so why should I care? As for the smoke, you are completely on the wrong track here. You should get off your warriors path sometimes.
