    [Suggestion] Random sinking-detonations

It probably would not take much work; A few lines of basic code, and an explosion effect to go with it.It would add both spectacle, and subtle tactical considerations and battlefield dynamics. I dont believe it would be more gpu taxing than the current game. But I see you point. Weather took a year, but on the other hand that likely took more work. Really? source?

    [Suggestion] Random sinking-detonations

You know when some large ships sink, and about 30 seconds in it rolls over and sits upside down for quite some time while the metal wails? I think it would be really cool if sometimes, it suddenly detonates casusing a huge spectacle explosion, and triggering a smoke screen on the spot. Thoughts? Regards

    The tech tree Nation Jingle

I really enjoy these subtle ambient jingles trying to capture the different nation spirits, when browsing the different nations in the Tech Tree. Got even better with the update (0.5.9), if only a bit too supressed. I wish they were more pronounced and audible, becuase they add a lot of contextual immersion. Anyone agree?

    Any chance of Yubari resale

Yeah, Yubari is an odd ship. It seems mediocre on paper, and while pleasant to drive, it feels weak and not really something you can depend on in combat. And yet, suddenly the game ends and somehow youve sunk a whole bunch of ships ^_^

kill 'em all! (pausing the score counter...)

    Games cut short. Always.

The player base overall? How would you know? Most players arent even on the forum. I agree 20 minutes would be fine, only its not 20 min when your are cut off! That the game is arcady is exactly why I enjoy the battles so much, I just think the point caps are too low since it cuts out a good portion (often the juciest) part of said arcade action. Wether due to player strategy/skill, undersized points caps, RNG or otherwise, its something out of your own control - This is the reality of it. Ability to pick your own game mode would be very welcome.

Dont put words in my mouth or otherwise twist what Im saying please. Im not late in doing damage; I am being pestered by games cut short. I am of the belief that there is always room for improvement. In any case you have made your point and you are repeating yourself. We disagree. Your opinion is not worth more than mine. Either add to the discussion or do something else with your time. You play to win and grind - I play to enjoy naval battles. There should be room for both of us in this game.

Being able to pick your game mode would be a win-win, because players would naturally pick the one they excel at and enjoy the most. Im somewhere in between though; I prefer to get up close and personal and slug it out, but within an overarching goal. If I could design my own game mode it would be like Domination, only the caps didnt provide any points, but rather boosts to radar and reduced cooldowns etc. And possibly activated on shore gun batteries. This way the act of capping would actually fuel into the battle experience rather than push for the battle to end. But again, there seems to exist 2 kinds of players; those who play to gain flags and exp, and those who play for the actual battles. Ofcourse it could be fixed. The question is, will it? Seeing how the community responds to threads such as this, and the pace at which WG improve their games.

Two very nice pennies, polished to a sheen.

Some people prefer to simply sink stuff rather than worry about objectives. And since the game mode isnt a player made choice, can you blame them for being at fault?

Alright so you didnt get it after all. Hey no worries I guess... Is my english really that bad? Atleast I try. Grow up? Im not getting any younger here. How about you? To summarize here: I find almost every battle cut short due to low point caps and people not playing in an 'orderly' or 'correct' fashion. I realize people who value grinding likes it this way; people who care more for victories and progression than enjoying the gameplay action for as long as possible. On top of that, games are not only cut short of playtime, but also in mid-explosion. Like a slap in the face.

That, and tanking damage Id say. The Jap BBs seems more Snipery in nature however. But Im no BB expert, since Warspite is the only BB I do really. Gotta love her.

Thats ok. And while I agree, we cant control how other players play the game, which means the issue I have is still alive and kicking. With Warspite its especially necessary not to hug borders since she is easily penetrated at long range. Angled & up close is the way to go for me. And this usually works well, but even so games are being cut short when the fight is still going strong. Anticlimactic is the word.

Why do you assume that I play badly and stay out of the action by going around the edges? Jesus you are hopeless. Lost cause, wont reply to you again.

Why do you assume that I lose? Again, step off your damn horse. This is just as much an issue in winning games. In fact, even more so. And I repeat: The argument (your argument) that this wouldnt be an issue if 99% of players played differenlty isnt really valid. It is what it is. Also, both teams cant control the center simultaneously. Did that occur to you?
