First: What's this "Normal" you're talking about? Second: My WR in randoms is 57.64% and the places me in the top 8% of the "known" playerbase. (Last time I checked.)

I'd say that the ships ability to earn BXP comes first. No point in having a FXP-boost if "base-income" is low. I like the Aigle more than the Anshan and luckily both are based on silver-ships so it should be pretty easy to figure out how they work.

I love my Aigle in Aegis.

And yet no one has been able to prove it. EDIT: I've never had a chatban and my teams still suck from time to time.

According to wows-numbers I've played 355 ships. 368 if we count those ships that have been "moved" in the game (Cleveland, Fubuki, Pensacola). 355 is also the number of ships I have in port. Still, no emblem.

I give the same advice as I give on FXP: Don't start collecting when you need it. You should allways collect and save up for when you need it. I have over 500k coal and nothing to buy for it right now but that doesn't mean I stop collecting it.

I know there are PVE-clans. Do a clan-search and just type in "PVE".

Greek "Battleships": Salamis: Ordered from german shipyard with american guns. Laid down 1913. Never completed. T4-5. Vasilefs Konstantinos: Ordered from a french shipyard. Laid down 1914. Never completed. T4-5. Kilkis class: Consisted of two former american pre-dreadnoughts. T2 at best. Since most of the greek ships in this period were hand-me-downs or foreign built a greek tree would bring little originality to the game. Georgios Averof could have some value at T2-3 but the rest would be copy-paste. I understand that some national pride comes into this but first and foremost the question we must ask us is "What would this ship bring to the game?" I'm against implementing any ship into the game based solely upon it being from a specific nation.

It's a clever move since it will work as a "black hole" for oil. You never have to put anything else in the clanbase because there will always be something to spend oil on. Personally, I would like to know what to spend all my coal on. Have over half a million in storage.

The Collection: OK, fine I guess. Dockyard: Ok, fine, and for those complaining about the "Native" cammo, there'll be a normal one as well. There always is. Bonus for victory: This one scares me. I have 265 ships in port that are T5 and above. If I want all the "bonuses" and the event lasts one month then I'll have to play nine different ships every day for 30 days. I might have to make some choices and just pick the ones with "good" rewards. Remember, there's a Dockyard event at the same time and I'll have to play in a certain way to fix that and those two events (Dockyard and Bonuses) might not always be compatible. But, in a way, it's a luxury problem.

Doesn't change anything. We've collected about 630k in three years that's 210k/year. 2 000 000/210 000 = 9.5238 This also means that we'll be able to build the Treasury to level 2 on release but it will be another two years before we can build level 3. Talk about "Long term goal".

Did some quick math and for our clan it would take just over nine years to gather 2M oil. Soooo another six years and we're done. :-)

That's why I said "low tiers". But IFHE isn't a waste since low/midtier ships works well with 10-12 points anyway and sice both are premiums I'll use my Nevsky captain in them and he has IFHE no matter what.

My rule of thumb is 180 mm or below use IFHE unless it's low tiers.

I've stated before that what this game needs is not more ships but rather more stuff we can do with the ships we already got. As it is now I only play Aegis and Narai since the other ones are too dependent on if your teammates can read instructions.
