Go into your main folder and right click the launcher and run as admin,then relaunch the game from the folder and it should update then.I had the same problem.

It is good to see more ships but how about giving us stuff we have all been hinting at in various posts.Ships we would actually like for instance.

Well a huge 'Tut' to that.A whole range of Brit ships to explore,German cruisers and BBs to come,French and Italian ships to come and we get a Chinese DD.Great,just great.

It rarely happens and yes i've had it happen to me.It's a once in a blue moon incident.It's that HMS Hood moment in the game so a unique and valid mechanic.It does leave me speechless and puts a smile on my face when it happens but it's rare.In a word,live with it.

Looking forward to this ship,if it comes about.It'll be great with the scuttle consumable.Spotted=Scuttle.If it was to be a premium ship,hopefully it won't be as a damned bundle.I would have loved the Tirpitz but not at the price WG had it at.

Agreed.I've just got mine and stuck my Murmansk Captain in her,who has the advanced firing range skill.I play her like a mini cruiser,already had some good fun in the couple of battles she's been in.Great little fire starter.Fire a couple of batteries,run,rinse repeat,rinse repeat.Already a favourite.

No not at all.If the material is an attempt to introduce more people to the game,i'm all for that.Actually i sold my vanilla Kongo and was thinking of rebuying it.Now i have a free one,this will save me some cash.So to hell with it,i'll go with the flow and hello new port.

As i say,everyone to their own.To see the ship i have to go to that port anyway,which i won't be.I'm into fantasy games but if i want cartoony style fantasy ships.I'll open my WOW account and go and sail in that.This game is about WW2 ships for me and this side of the games content doesn't rock my boat at all.If this was WOT,i sure as hell wouldn't be driving about in a big pink Panther either for the same reason.For those that like the stuff,game on.For me i'll stick with my vanilla ships thanks.

They can't can send my Kongo up the Congo.I've nothing against anime,everyone to their own.I can even live with the skins but having to look at picture of a cartoon chick as a captain,when the ship is in port,puts me right off.Immersion stone dead,right then and there.For those that like this sort of thing,fair play.Me,the first chance i get,i'm doing a Graf Spee on mine.

If it keeps you alive,do what is ever necessary.I have my Omaha,Murmansk and Cleveland all at max range then of course there's the German ships.Getting ganked by BB's is no fun.At that range you can hit them with HE and zig zag away from the return fire. Mind you,bear in mind that being at that range you can also be ineffective to your team.Play it by ear in that respect.

Well let me add to this................it's a GAME.........................and a GAME for everyone...............for those who enjoy playing the GAME........................and don't mind paying for content in the GAME Are you going to include yourself in this so called qualification or are you just too good for that.As i've said already,more lower tiers would help and maybe then this gaming snobbery will stop.You're not the only one who gets annoyed at useless players in random or ranked but they are still entitled to play the game.Let's come down off our high horse eh.

I do agree with you on that side of things.It's my first season in ranked.So i'm at the bottom of the pile.Now i'm not brilliant but i know what i should be doing in the game and yeah i make mistakes but ranked is so frustrating.Some people just haven't a clue what they're doing,so i totally agree. What WG should do is a ranked system with the lower levels included.Then as you say grind their way up also maybe add more players to each side,so that maybe comebacks would be possible.I've seen it done in random.A couple of idiots in your side,the way it is now and it's gg. Let all play ranked but have the option of starting from scratch.Not letting people play because they're not at a certain level,that's another matter.

Never played WOW i see,with a certain account you can have a character at level 70 instantly,which means you can do anything instantly.Why because people that want to pay for a product are entitled to it's full content.You think because you're better at a game or have played it longer that makes you special.Get real. So someone who hasn't spent a penny on this game but has beta tested or ground the tech tree a bit longer is more entitled to the full game,before someone who has just joined and maybe also spent a small fortune.I'm being hypothetical here.Move with the times my friend.These games might start off free,but the companies that introduce them aren't doing it out of the goodness of their heart.If someone has payed to jump off at the deep end in a game,that's their prerogative.Whether they are good or bad that's their business.They paid,they can do what the hell they like. This is a community game where we are all equal.Some it would seem,want to be more equal than others(Orwell).Catch my drift.

Just love this Illuminati stuff in a gameworld.There are dumb and stupid people in all walks and levels of life,get used to it.What's next,you can't buy and play anything above Tier 5 unless you've played the game for over a year.

Really,there's people with Premium accounts and Premium ships and whether they are useless or not,you're saying they should have limitations for something they have payed for.

How would that work in the endgame phase of a battle,where you get the scenario of 6 ships against the final few ships of the opposition.Everyone getting a kill for nothing.It's a team game as has been said.The final ship that gets the kill,is the one who puts the cherry on the cake,the rest put down all the icing.

Are you guys serious.Kill stealing in this game,it doesn't exist.It's a team game,not a free-for-all.You can get all the kills you like but it's not worth a damn,if the battle is lost.Huge loss of XP.That's the problem with this game in both random and ranked.Too damn many lone sharks most of the time. Even if you are top of the list in a battle with numerous kills,you can bet it was down to someone watching your back.Kill stealing,a huge LOL on that one.
