I will give it another try if I can find a division of Scrubs that is willing to carry my lowly [edited]. I did switch (there go my silver reserves ...) reload to range (for my long range c. stroking and being useless ....... ) and now a full CE build against the other long range c. strokers out there. ...... its basically a shitty Ibuki right now, and omg thats bad, but we will see. .... and some summer-waifu ......... although I am already teeth-grinding again because of the heat.

After a Day of majorleague suckage from my side, I consider this an "astonishing" result. - not dead. - damage above 100 k (yeah, I know, AO does that in a Marblehead on half the tier .....) - most importantly, a win for once. .... I was actually convinced this is a loss. Let me tell you, the 1. and 3. DD on the enemy team got 2 dev. strikes EACH. So yeah ... Meanwhile I got the Izumo boged down and somewhat burned .... but hunting the Fletcher? Impossible. Faster than me, cant see him and 2 torps and I am dead, which he can throw back for combined closing speed of over 100 knts ....... I played it safe whenever my Hydro was down. Id really wish cruisers would be good against anything in this game ......... P.S.: Oh my Lord does the Ruin (Roon) suck .......

Be glad I am not there. I would either spam them to death with Pony or yell at them for hours ......... They are already following and closing in ........ Also every cruiser ever when spotted........ Today I had one of my worst streaks ever, didnt play particularly well, some bad teams too......... and omg is Roon shít. I fully admit that I still have to figure that ship out bit it does absolutely no damage, is huge, its sluggish. I did supergears in beginning to compensate for the rudder shift with A-hull -> not feasible. Enemy DD presses A once and everyone shoots you up from the spawn. Its worse than old Pensacola (that thing turned).... So now I have CE-module, B-Hull and only normal gears ...... its still crap. It cant do any damage with HE (naturally) and you need to be around 14 km for the AP (and you can still go screw yourself when against angled targets on even unarmored sections). So, a ship that cant do any damage from range, needs to go into the effective gun range of a T 4 Battleship to do any damage, and its sluggish as hell and painfully slow + bleeding speed like hell. (This things needs supergears, CE and propulsion mod all at once!). I mean, I hated the Ibuki ..... its worse than the Takao and I gladly play it over the Ibuki, but this Roon puts things into a different perspective ......... It goes without saying, but: No carry potential whatsoever. Might abort the Hindenburg-project after the Roon grind completely and not buy it at all ....... its the same crap with even worse concealment, but a turret more - and unlike Yamato (one day) I dont have to have the paper-ship for the pure sake of owning it. Might change my mind once I figured that pos out, but I dout it. /rant. No Pony, dont feel like it .......

This one just sums up whats wrong with cruisers: Took 2 citadels right at the god damn beginning, fully evading and angled, because reasons. Honestly every time something like that happens I want to see if its possible to beat somebody to death with a wet wash cloth - preferable WG-staff or BB-cry babies. Now I could only play in the most cowardish and useless way - and still every time I got spotted the focus was real. 500+ k is what I consider appropriate for a non-heal cruiser. The fact that I lost all my hp at beginning, and then got focused to shít and still only took 1 more shell should maybe be a indication thats maybe it is those shitty cruisers and not the player captaining them ....... And then there was that Bismarck. He repaired somebody elses fire. I then got a tipple (!!!!) fire on him, followed by a double after he repaired that triple ......... so thats 16k dot damage in total . He so op, plz nerf; fire needs just to be removed and plz more overpenn damage. Next time some noob/BBaby cries about fires/HE I ll jump down his throat ......... But Comrade Windowlicker Hava, you dont play BBs anymore because they are so OP its not even funny; borderline carrier even, so how do you know? Lost 2 divsion mates early on (unfortunate torps/can happen). Did they same damage in the first 4 minutes, I would usually struggle to do in 10-15 minutes with a same tier cruiser. Fought 2 BBs and 2 Cruisers and 1 DDs with only another BB - and then alone; and if you look at the damage taken: The fire DIDNT KILL ME - not even close. So yeah, Battleships, playing them is like ..... hard: One hand to stroke the mouse, one hand to stroke yourself and no hand to browse for more porn - all while deleting shitty cruisers by aiming in the general direction. Tough fate really ........... Meanwhile, getting focused from 20-22 km BBs over ships that are 5-10 km closer than me is so much fun! (still trying to get familiar with the ship. Shot mostly HE; did other games with mostly AP too ........ damage output is completely abysmal either way.......) ........... and the best game from today: (yeah, the p2w-time is "barely noticable" ....... )

170 k damage in a T 6 DD an its a defeat - epic. You gotta love games in which teams are fighting over who sucks the most in total. Still CG to that result.

For some it works, for some it doesnt. Mine "works" in a sense that I technically can sell stuff, it just crashes the game 50 % of the time I try to enter it, and then some more randomly when organising my stuff. ....... and it been like that (and is as of this post) for a few patches now.

btw: I vote for close and for the use of the search function in advance next time : The one thing I dont get is, why it hast to look so bad. Its some upcoming work, the effort is quite low since its obviously not like creating assets for a whole game ....... and yet it look likes its well over 10 years old. Thats from 8 years ago, and while I never played it, the sole picture alone has way more charm and atmosphere (yeah I know, its age of sail) Well this one looks more like WG, but again WC 2 has way more atmosphere and actually didnt look like 2 decades ago when it released. Civilization always, ALWAYS had rather shitty graphics and had a tech-standard from years ago, but if they finally managed to catch up and use a available standards, with rather good performance AND be appealing to the eye, then WG certainly has no excuse. (also 2014, but its basically Civ 5 in space; and that one is from 2010). Even strategy games have now really immersive campaign maps: Dont get me wrong, that games a pos, esp. at release - BUT its also 4 years old by now .......... (Notice: This are all shots from strategy maps or games - its not like I am putting them against fps or other games where graphics matter a lot more) Dont get me wrong its "only graphics" and "work in progress" but: a. WG shows what they consider finished or close too - and you know how resilient and thick skulled noobs they are to good advice. I even wont bother with examples here, as the patchnotes are overflowing with their BS. b. It shows again how little effort is put into things; I mean no CW for years when WoT has them, like any other none-steam greenlight game? Graphics are easy, thats why they are commonly used to blind people and draw attention away the real issues. So seeing something that looks this poor and "rushed" (yeah, I cant say that with a straight face; like RN BBs are rushed AFTER a RU DD-line split happening first ) rings all the alarm bells. Knowing WG, THERE WILL BE ISSUES of a magnitude Jesus second coming might be upon us - so he can yell a them in person - but they wont be recognised or addressed properly. Examples? a. BB Overpopulation, OPness and the turds driving them. b. Pensacola-Concealment (It took them 3 years, 3!) c. The chat. d. Carrier UI e. Bastion Bastard-Game-mode (I still cringe when I get "The Atlantic"). 1 Year, 1 freaking year - and things like BB-buff time Cyclone, or "Tears of Cruisers+Epicenter of Stupidity" are still not addressed. ....... more which I am simply to lazy to type down. (Without even seeing it) Take what you have, throw it in the garbage bin. Copy a actually good game, and when you really, really + (really) think you are done, then get a random 5 year old to check - and ofc. fix every error he points out to you. Then and only then put the results to the test publicly.

So Scrub TS in a nutshell? Wolf is the purple one in the middle, as that expression probably fits best ....... btw: know that OPS with the CV-rescue - and your whole team is waiting at then end for the thing to haul its áss into the exit-circle? This is prettymuch how it looks like with a full Scrub-dvision. (Warning, you have to probably be a little drunk to fully appreciate how bad it is - The Wrath of Sulu). best part is ofc this: after several minutes of ongoing torpedo-slug-fest with essentially the same 10 seconds of footage over and over again: Ofc I would never fire all lunchers and barrels at fellows Scrubs ....... never! He was helping me carrying in the south. We had 3 or even 4 ships north and tbh I dont blame him one little bit. All the idiot in the Cyclone had to do was to drive into the circle long ago and we would have had the 50 % evacuation rate there and then. Dont think the Cyclon just couldnt make it in time, I have to fire up the replay, but I can provide screenshots of him fapping of the exit 5 minutes ago .... Like I said since he helped me in the south, it was fair to expect the north group to manage those 2 ships and haul their ásses to the exit. ........ So Dynamo is not Ops of the week any more. Common sense would tell you to not allow Anthony/Cyclone outside of Dynamo because parasites will bot with them. True you can leech captain XP via putting the 19 pts captain into a Warspite/TheKrass-p2w but it requires those premium ships in the first place and since the playerbase is just utter trash, I dont expect them to be able to figure that out on their own. Now common sense is not as common as you might think ........ and WG being the noobs they are just love the parasites. Contribution of our DD in the last pic: driving around in circles, ignoring chat, randomly and occasionaly shooting things; especially at the end while avoiding the exit like the plague. 5 Stars down the toilet because of WG catering to parasites yet again. Wallet grants access to it way faster and they do a few clicks to get him in full 19 pts glory in the T10 ship that matters + every p2w ship you want too. Well Kaba is ofc completely broken with that armor, but for most of other DDs its not even close to be enough to compete for the throne. Cruiser? Ultra short version since its getting late: The stuff rage quits are made off! 1. No help or vision for our flank. One of those teams that think all ships one cap is a good idea; ofc not able to cap it tghen, loose the other cap in the middle, and give the 3rd one to the enemy for free. We relocated to the other flank and tried our best after it was crystal clear we would get absolutely no support; and we would have run into at least 3 BBs without support in our cruisers without warning if we continoued to try regardless ......... so with this team we were screwed either way. Also, HE fire chance so op, plz nerf. 2. "Its b and c" on the Icemap. So they sit in C mostly or go along the other edges of the map. Wasnt able to get into radar range of anything and spent most of my time running .... which makes it even more amazing they lost how they did with 2 enemy BBs tied up going after me. Also fire Damage and HE so op that you cant even sink a single BB during a match because they totally need those 150-200k effective hps. HE op, plz nerf. 3. Feature presentation that broke my will to live ....... I mean look at this situation! I am tying up no less than 5 of their ships (Fuso joined the "fun" later) - thats 2 BBs and 3 cruisers. God damn 5 ships thats nearly half of of their team ALONE and I also do good damage to them! How the actual fúck can you loose this then? You guessed right!: So all BB players are noobs that should just uninstall? Well .............. NO! You might recognise the rare breed of a BB player actually using both brain and ballz. Our Nagato came (probably after realising my plight - and that I am not a idiot and surviving against overwhelming odds for more than a few minutes) to my aid and engaged the enemy even tough they still outnumbered us vastly! He sure as all hell got complimented! I tried to help him as best as I could, but I as you know, you cant just turn around and openly fight 5 ships in a shitty cruiser; WG made sure of that. Well our Nagato went down: a. complimented, b. fighting, c. carrying. Anyway what left? Ah yes ........ 400 dmg/He shell with utmost careful aiming, IFHE and some cruiser targets in the mix? OP! -> plz nerf! Barely 2k damage per fire, even carefully spreading around the the BBs?! OMG burning down everything (like not even a 1/3 of a Kongos effective HP pool) -> OP! plz nerf! 7 % effective fire chance through the utmost careful shooting and somewhat lucky rng? OMG so OP, plz nerf to the ground! And we won the last game of the day (unremarkable) then only because the enemy BBs were a even bigger waste of space then ours .......... amazing game design really! So not really short, but the urge to rage and to praise the rare species of a BB thats not a complete moron/ sheep was to strong ........

Know the difference: (tough I nearly choked on my drink from suddenly laughing because of reading this! ). Shed > Shack. On topic: If WG really want, they can implement all kind of things ....... a ammo factory that can be set to produce a specific amount and type of ammo for exampel -> ie reducing Yamatos cost/shell untill, lets say 1000-5000 a fired per month by the clan members in total. Thy might even try and make it look better then Caesar II on PC (now I feel old ......), because I fell in terms of game design and gameplay the lost from the start anyway.

This how a team looks like that is trying but struggling, with me getting pseudo-high calibre and enjoying myself because everybody tried their best and listened. (From yesterday? Cant remember, its a 3 starer for that matter) This is another 3 stars victory of me also getting pseudo high calibre with a similar damage count, also 3 stars but this time there is a parasite setting the auto pilot and going afk. Times like this makes it hard to decide if, given the chance, I rather want "to go" after the parasites, or WG for catering to them so much and always. Tough choice really. Now do it in the (US) St. Louis; after all its just "another US AA cruiser". - and cruiser counter CVs, right?
