No doubt Hindenburg!! equip the reload mod and spotterplane. If you are average this is the best T10 CA. It has great turtleback armour that makes it hard to citadel. Great fast loading long range guns (you can firespam BBs to death with spotterplane), german hydro, good AA, and if theres a cyclone then you become the best ship in the match, because with youre insane CQB torps you can destroy any T10 BB when spotted at 8k. So great long range and great close range, great for killing BBs with fire (considering the reload i say as good as Zao), and great killing CAs with German AP and killing DDs with buffet HE and hydro. Allround great ship with no weaknesses.

Yup, that is pretty much my every game in my Khaba. 3 cap dom game vs 2 Gearing on the enemy team. I cant close in on any caps because im permaspotted all game and my only hope is that my team take them out and i can cap late game. But that is a tall order. I also like 2 Loyang vs 2 Ognevois in ranked.......

@Tuccy @MrConway Today i faced 3 radars vs 0 radars in 3 different 3 cap domination games. This happened to me about 10 times last month. Last 2 games were 3 vs 0 radars AND 2 vs 0 hydros (the enemy team had a Z and a Loyang as well, on top of the 3 radars). I know that you have a 5% chance of pulling a Hail Mary and actually win against these odds, but seriously? I cant imagine that it would be that big of a task to tweak the perameters in the MM to take into considerations radars and hydros as well? Because these kind of MM is pretty silly. Needless to say all our DDs were dead within 3 minutes and they had all the caps. Atleast make these games standard games! So the radars wont break the competition. Is this something we can look at?

Sorry if im highjacking this thread instead of creating a new one but i have completed every collection in the game exept for the first one (Bismark i think) and in that one i have 99% (im missing just one and i have 3 duplicates, so one more duplicate and i get it finished). Do anyone know if their will ba a chance of completing that in future or am i fucked. I dont really need the reward but im kind of a completeist (if thats a word?) so my ADD cant stand that one is not complete. It sucks that im just missing one piece!

I dont really understand youre comparison? I never said anything about Baltimore, Taiho or Demity(!?). I was mearely poining out that instead of spending a ridiculous amont of free XP for a watered down Yamato, then you could as well spend it on unlocking the real Yamato,. since Izumo is a turd that 80% of the playerbase hate and the few games you will find yourself in a T7 game in Musashi isnt really worth that pricetag in my book. Missouri is a great ship, great creditprinter (as i showed in my last game on Youtube with 1.800.000 credits in a loss) and a great XP maker, some say its broken and OP with its radar and great AA. THAT ship was worth 750.000 Free XP, no doubt! But i fail to see this new ship being that awesome as the Missouri is. And at that pricetag. I might be totally wrong here, but i dont see alot of players going for this ship, specially if they already have Missouri and Yamato. But some new T10 russian i would definitely spend some big amount of free XP to get! Because you know that ship is gonna carry Stalinium shells!! And because of Russian bias!

Well this is just sad then. Its hard enough to play with randoms, trying to carry in a 3 cap dom game Vs. 3 radar and 2 hydros, then it just gets ridiculous!

Like Flamu said, why spend 1 million Free XP for a watered down Yamato that will face T10 in 9 games out of 10, when you instead can use the free XP to just unlock the real Yamato?! Think this was a mistake by WG, only players who has these amount to just throw away will get this ship, i guess the mayority will do as i will, which is to save all the free XP for the next greater Free XP ship, thats more like the Missouri.

That is way to much in my opinion. Why would u buy this if you have Missouri or yamato?

Yup! Like Belfast Lo Yang was pretty much built for ranked, its a all round good ship that lacks nothing really. I use it in every game in ranked, i would be stupid not to. Only thing i really fear is another Lo Yang.

Had a pretty tought fight in the Missouri, earning me 1.8 million credits and 270 k damage.

Missouri is a great credit printer and XP maker. If you have any XP, Free XP or credit flags/camos this is the ship to use them on. I wonder what my earnings would have been if this was a win, since i got over 1.8 million on a loss?!

In stronger T10 cruisers and BB played right its not un common to survive with 2.5 to 3 million potential damage. Khaba is a great ship to do missions like these in. Everybody likes to shoot at a Khaba but few manage to hit it.

Sure, Chappy can be great but if u gonna play the radar role, you often have to sit behind cover which means you cant deal that much damage unless you wanna take big risks in that paper ship. And after you radared the Loyang can push in with smoke hydro and 9.2k torps at you. I will be running Yolang and Kutuzov, would have trouble seeing Chappy that officiant in ranked. What are u gonna do all those minutes when radar is on cooldown? Btw whats the detection range of Chappy fireing from smoke?

Has Loyang always had very bad firechance? Just bought it for the ranked season and running my Gadja Mada captain on it. Have both fireflags which brings my firechance up to 6%. But even with all the HE spam on BBs i hardly never see eny fires instead i have to rely on torps for damage. I know im pretty spoiled with the dires in my Khaba, Akizuki, Gadja Mada and such but Yolang really sucks at starting fires?

Ive just bought the Loyang for ranked and grinding so it will have a full 19 points captain with hydro and RPF to ranked season starts.

Happened to me twice. Once after a monstergame i had in Missouri with 4 kills and 2 caps. Atleast 1.2 million credits out the window.

Yeah, didnt WG leave T8 for ranked because of the heavy Premium meta? Nice to be able to play my nr.1 favourite ship, Kutuzov again tho. Ive never considered it viable before, then i started to watch OMNI Flambass on Youtube and he uses hydro. My thoughts regarding this is that my playstyle in Kutuzov is always that of the great russian sniper, i always stay out of harms way and farm the enemy team from afar, as you should in a cruiser with range that is made out of paper and TNT. That said, i think in the upcoming ranked i will try and go for hydro instead of AA because i think it will give me greater value. As someone said, if there is a T8 carrier in the game my stock AA should be enough to handle it. For my choises of ships in the upcoming season it will be: Akizuki - Because Beastmode is strong in that one! And i have Yamamoto captain skippering her. So potential extra consumables and special heal if played correctly! Kutuzov - Because broken and overpowered! Can chase of all support for the cruisers and DDs with firespam from afar, has torps, hydro, good AA, 19+k range and IFHE!!
