I have to say no. Sure it has OP guns that oveematch every bow ans good torpbelt. But its sooo boring to play because you need to sit bow in parked all game not to eat massive Cits. Yama is my least played T10 BB.

While waiting for the new Premium T8 IJN DD, Asashio i thought i take my old and first love in this game, the Shimakaze out for a spin. And boy did i have a game, up to 140k damage within my first torp salvo. Getting Kraken Unleashed, Devestating strike, First blood, Witherer AND Liquidator. Yup! Its Christmas comes early if you get a Cyclone in the Hinden. Almost impossible for BBs to Cit you at that range and youre torps will usually devestate 2 T10 BBs if you slide in between them.

You know you had a stellar team when you take 2:nd, 3:rd, 4:th and 5:th place out of both teams in a loosing game. Also fun to see that only players on our team that got kills in a T10 game was the T8 ships?!?! All those underpowered T8s that always get fuuuuucked by MM? Also nice to tank 1.5 million damage in a T8 paper cruiser with 40.000 HP!! Buy all in all, some nice credits and XP atleast!

I cant really offer you any help on the Mahan since it was ages and a million updates ago i played her, but i can only say, do what you need to do (free XP the hell out of her ....) because later on you reach Fletcher and thats the best DD in the game by far. Havent played my Gearing (even with those 16k torps) a fraction of the amount ive played Fletcher. Its strong like hell and sp fun to play. On my part, i dont really have a bad grind moment right now since ive pretty much given up on grinding German DDs and French CAs, since i just dont care for those ships (i already own the better versions). But i do look forward to the US CA split and the new T9-10 IJN DDs on the Akizuki line.

I totally feal youre pain, considering myself a DD main to, but i still dont think this is the way to go. Even tho they are a thorn to my always playing the objective side, i much rather ask my team to focus their radarships at start and then try and play smart myself, usually trying to just trigger the CAs to use their radar by going close but not inside the cap. Sometimes you can flank around and torp the hell out of him if you dont go inside tha cap and trigger the engage radar signal. So im actually fine with thing being as they are, it makes me improve my playstyle and try to work around the problem.

But thats not the issue here, the issue here is a huge part of the playernase saying that something is of with the Missouri since a while before Mushahi was announced.

Yeah, i get the sneaky suspicion theres alot of undercover WG employees around these parts. But naah, Missouri is totally fine, i usually start sucking at a ship the more i play them. And apparently it spreads across the playerbase, but the ship is totally fine!!

Had a pretty strong game yesterday in my T8 Akizuki. First Blood AND Kraken Unleashed with Yamamoto captain getting the special bonuses and 1.6 sec reload!!! Ninjakilling 2 Shimas and earning myself over 3300 Base XP.

Didnt WG find it was something buggy with the accuracy module? That youngot better dispertion without it?! I know Flambass was talking about it on Stream.

This is me screaming at my screen every single night playing WoWs. Oh, entire team sail to D on north? ...ok Oh. Nobody shoots at Shima that has been spotted for 5 minutes...ok Ohh, Montana shooting HE at broadsiding BBs all game.....ok Ohh, None of our 5 DDs went for any of the 3 caps.....and now were down 800 points....ok Ohh, CV is rushing B cap 3 minutes in....ok!!

This was the best news ive heard in years! Akizuki is absolutely on of my favourite ships in the game by far so im really interested in a T9 and T10 in that line. Hopefully they will share a lot of Akizukis characteristics. Juat had a Kraken game in Akizuki with my Yamato captain last night (will make it to Youtube on friday) where i first got first blood with the extra consumables perks and then later on i earned the Kraken and got the heal and also the insane 1.6 second reload!! Damn that reload burn thru BBs like butter.

Its funny that i say "DD" and everybody immediatly come back with Khaba?! Because Khaba is the only DD in this game. So i didnt say Khabas main role would be to cap caps (only said i have done it many times), but it is sure a pretty strong capcontester that can spam reset half a team that is trying to cap one cap, so mission accompliced in that regard. I only offered my (very HUMBLE) opinion on things they could puninsh to get players to play the objective better. Did i say penalise Edinburgh or Bismarck for not capping? Did i really say that? Nope, i was talking about DD there, see? If you want to talk about Bismarck i think i was saying more along the lines that he should have used 2 heals by the mid game mark (because he is tanking and supporting the DDs in cap). And congrats on sailing a ghost ship that is in "the thick of it" and hardly take any damage, that has never happened to me. See when i play agressive in a BB and push and support the fleet and DDs in cap i always take a crap ton of damage and burn thru my heals like there is no tomorrow, maybe our takes on being in the thick of it is a tad different. And youre problem is that "you are to aggressive"?! And you dont take damage? .....OK! I get more the feeling you think youre in the thick of it when you push D cap on north or maybe sitting behind a mountain in the back, taking snapshots at ships sailing by. Yeah, you sure need only one DD in cap, if you want him to die alone while rest of the team is camping spawn. You dont think the chances to survive increase if there is more DDs in the cap? I didnt mention the damage part before since that i already in the game right? More damage, more XP!? Yeah ....... and you are so humble, right? ....... Sure you can happen to be in a slow BB on the only flank the enemy isnt pushing, but usually you can still then maybe go for caps, reset the enemy team in other caps with youre 17-25k range. Or reposition so you get more action, have a hard time seeing a BB being able to be totally out of the fight an entire game. I can totally support this example.

I think they should have different signals but one thing that bugs me even more is if youre hard detected by ship and also radared it only shows the usual !-signal, so you think its only the ship and pop youre smoke and suddenly it changes to the radar one?! WTF! I just blew a smoke that i cant use and i just slowed down showing a perfect target to all those ships because i didnt know there was aa radar active!
