Sorry im not a WoT veteran but there is premiums in WoT that get better MM?!?! Hows that not the outcry instead of the fact they are removing it? Or did i miss something?

People will probably think im trolling right now but i would actually say Hinden. "SAY WHAAAAAT"!?!?! Sure, the obvious choices would be Moskva with long radar range, Des Moines with long duration radar and auto loading guns or Minotaur with smoke, hydro and fast shooting AP, and i agree to a certain point to all of these. But the thing is all of these are situational and rely on smoke, islands and more and can easely get overrun och focused fired to death. On the other hand, if you have a capable Hinden captain he can just troll enemy fleet at mid range with good survivalbility and maneuverebility and consistently support friendly DDs with accurate and devestatings AP/HE fires at enemy DDs while dodging incoming fire from enemy team , just sailing in open water. No need for radar, hydro, smokes or islands. Of course this means that the DD need to scout the enemy DD for him. So as i said, The first ones are the obvious choices, but i feel that those radar close to the caps CAs are usually the first ones dead, Meanwhile Hinden is usually still alive at the end and usually carrying the team in different ways during the whole match.

Dont know what that means but luck is usually not a factor in the Hinden. I believe this ship tp be a bit meeh, which is kind of sad with the cool name. One the other hand THIS ship scares me a bit ........

Cant wait to delete these ships in my Hinden. What will they be able to do to me? They cant even burn me. I can just angle and burn him down. I can choose to burn him down at 18 k range or i can push him and torp him to death. Yeay......OP!!!

I like this ship. My first love in this game and the reason i started to play was Shimakaze. Just loved that ship to death! Loved the stealthy ninja playstyle. Then all other nations, radars and hydros came and Shima lost its streangh. And i has been sitting collecting dust in port for far to long. With Asashio i feel like ive gotten my old Shima back, and i love it. Once againt i can strike fear in the enemy fleet with deadly stealthy torps. And i play her just as i always played my Shima, aggressive! Im always near the caps, scouting and spotting usually 6-7k from the enemy BBs. Even help gun down spotted CAs and DDs on occasion. Last night i had a game where there was only enemy CAs left when i picket a fight in the endgame with a wnemy Kutuzov so the friendly low health Hipper would get his broadside and be able to kill him of. This ship is so capable in teamplay. Its mostly up to her Captain.

Usually 2 or 3 games of random in the Kutuzov takes care of this problem.

Just a tip for the OP that he may already know, that i use all the time playing cruisers. I never used the "Incoming fire alert" skill only "Priority target" that should be mandatory on all cruiser captains. The minimap is youre lifeline, more in this class then any other i would say. It tells you where youre support is or isnt (in many cases), it tells you which islands are great to hug to be able to stealthburn down BBs from and most of all, its pretty much a free incoming fire skill at most times, because if youre spotted and suddenly you see a enemy BB pop up on the minimap, you can be pretty certain that he just fired at you, specially if you show a bit of broadside to him. So as soon as this happens just slow down and turn and this will help you dodge a whole lot of incoming damage. Playing a strong line is always good as well, so i would definatly recommend Germans, its the strongest cruiser line imho, whith Hinden being the strongest T10 that can punish T10 BBs from 17-19k with spotterplane and firespam och delete the up close in a cyclone with torps and AP.

Easy fix. Grind to Hindenburg. Play as you want and devestate BBs from a far, up close, how ever you want! Only Cruiser in the game i fear in a BB is Hindenburg.

Do you seriously think anyone on this forum will believe you that you read thru every post an every page i every thread before you post? Seriosly? I believe that statment just as much as OP going out to buy this ship without ever seeing a video or thread about this. Is it ok if i call [edited] on you guys right about now? Maybe its because posters like you people dont read the entire threads....

I cant really say much about ranked because i really hate that playmode even tho i usually play a bit in every season, mosty to get flags and stuf. I guess that players that take Asashio inte ranked probably play badly in them because i have a hard time seeing Asashio being strong in ranked (isnt it still 1 BB per team ?!), but if players complain about this ship in random i think its more the players then the ships fault, because this ship has every tool it need to be productive for the team in my mind. Sure, i may not push straight into the enemy fleet because i dont wanna knifefight another DD, but usually i push hard and wide, trying to bypass the enemy frontlines to torp the BBs in the back. Usually u can get a cap or two by doing this and when the BBs starts to run after eating 16 torps from the first salvo it should be easy for the rest of the fleet to push up and kill the DDs and CAs. Ive played a lot in this ships since i bought it yesterday, but i would never consider taking it into ranked.

Yes i do get that. The thing is its cleary stated on the salespage that for additional information visit the wiki page and that page clearly says.... So i feel that the OPs argument is a bit weak, its like wanting to sue a snack producer because you only read the front of the snacks bag and not the back where the ingredient summary clearly states it has peanuts in the snacks. And im also a bit baffled about a player that just goes out and chooses to buy a pretty expensive Premium without reading any of the forum threads and massive amounts of CC videos about this ship (which pretty much has created a shitstorm in the size of Smokenerfs, RPF´s, Belfasts, Conquerors, you name it). I mean what draw his attention to buy this ship? Or do he buy all his premiums on a whim? Thats why i posted my"Is he a new player to the game that just bought himself a new T8 premium" comment (which some took offense to) was all about, because in my world (and i dont spend much time on either YT or forums but ive seen a ton of videos and threads about the torps of this ship.

Yup! I think i reached the point where i just need to face the fact that this thread is impossible to understand since it apparently isnt anything regarding the OP. And apparently the Wiki on the sales page that i had no problem finding when bying this ship doesnt in fact exist. Im really not trying to take the piss, i was just trying to respond to the OP, there was my first mistake. But i wish you all youre best in youre futute endeavours in or out of the Asashio.

I bought this ship from store as well and i had no problem finding information on the ship? So by youre rules one cant reply to a OP in a thread without reading trhu the entire thread then? And you do this every time of course? I read the OP and i replied to it. Dont really care if you think im rude, i was just wondering why he talked about selling or getting a refund on an amazing ship lika this. And also a bit dodgy that he says he didnt read or see anything about this ship but yet buy it at pretty steep price?! Really? Havent seen any video at all? No threads? Just goes out and blindly buys this ships and then blames WG for not providing any info (as you can se above) in the store? But of course, im just arrogant.......

Then why were you talking about selling the ship and refunds?! You usually trying to sell ships and get refunds on a good ship? Im not trying to be rude here, but did you start playing the game yesterday and just bought youreself a T8 Premium DD? Because if you didnt there is no possibility that you missed all threads in the forum or all the CC Youtube videos about this very special DD that can only hit BBs and Carriers? Where did youre interest in buying this ship come from? And regarding you want to sell this ship ingame because you are so displeased with it?! Well ........ Also one of my first 3 games in it i got 217k damage, and you can also do a Youtube search on the ship if you want to se how "bad" she is.... But by all means, sell the turd.

Liking the new Shima .........

Nothing at all specially since clans and guys trying to divisionstack can use this to complement each other (so if you wanna statspad........call me....) Almost as useless as that question that pops up after about 50-some games. And for some reason it always asks how i think tha battle went after really shitty game?!?! And im like "Do you have to ask"!?!? Whats the fookin point of that function? Can they change something based on those answers or what?

My "pro" tip? Play Belfast, Kutuzov, Hinden and Conqueror, dont matter what retard teams you get you will atleast have a great loss with a bunch of XP and credits. Those ships just dont give a Fuuuuuck!
