Do the effect of the catapult fighter depend on the side you choosen your sector on (I marked priority on my right sector so they will focus the right side, just like my AA mounts), or is their effect total RNG or is it that they detect incoming attacks and attack which ever side that the attack comes from? Also another thing I wanted to ask you since you are pretty great at playing CVs. I hate the fact that I need to switch the 3:rd module from accuracy on some ships to the AA module, can you confirm if that module (think its 2 more flak bursts) plays a huge role in defending your ship or not? And if not, which skill and module has the best effect? (its kind of a jungle these days between AFT, Man AA, Module 3 or 6 vise versa). I totally get the irony in asking you about the best way to counter you ship btw ......

Had these 3 Henri games within an hour, could say this ships has some potential for damage and carry...... I cant wait until I unlock the Legendary module for this ship and I can engage Full Beastmode in it.

I dont consider these things to be flawed mechanics in the game, more balancing mechanics. If these wasent a part of the game you wouldnt have anyone playing cruisers or DDs (if a larger ship always should win any encounter). The Henri vs Rep situation is fine. Sure Henri probably would win most of those encounters, but then again Henri is one of the most OP firespammers in the game and Rep, is one of the most acceptable BB for firespam. That said a well places salvo from Rep and insta-nuke the Henri, so pretty good balance there (Henri players accepts this is a possibility). And if a Rep is doing a solo against a Henri he probably missplayed somehow and should get punished for it.

Sometimes its even hard to try and carry in the Henri IV. Even when you tank 3 500 000 potential damage for the team in a paper armoured cruiser with 53 000 HP.

Had a pretty solid game in the Hindenburg, 170k damage, Kraken unleashed, confederate and dreadnought. Was a pretty intense ending were I faced of against a Lion, Salem and Asashio alone.

Im grinding Henri IV and im pretty close so im trying to decide where to put the last 3 point on the captain. Im basing my build on Flamus recommendations in his Henri IFHE video, but im not really sold on putting the last 3 points to Expert loader and Jack of all trades, instead im considering putting them to Demo expert to negate the nerf to firechance you get from IFHE and to buff the fireeffect all together? His build below, how have you put your points in the Henri?

Thanks for all replies. I think I settled with JoaT and Expert Loader. Will try it aout and see if it fits my playstyle. I do think faster reload on all those consumables will help a whole deal. Now I just have to grind that Legendary Module as well. Already slotted the upgrade Speed Boost module in slot 2.

And that is why I dont pay them anything more since the RN DD event and the CV rework. No Premium time, no purchases, only spend ingame tokens and credits until they fix all they broke.

Well you could say that about the majoyrity of the ships in the game. Yamatos guns, Harugumo spam, Kutuzov, Belfast, Carriers in general, Shima, Concueror etc etc etc. Wooster has rainbow arcs and short range so just dont sit parked still in his range. And he needs islands to hide behind or insta-blapp so just re-position and he cant hit you. Actually Woosters are some of the easiest ships to counter. How do you feel about Henris spamming you from 19 km?

Dont get me wrong, I invested more money into this game then I would like to know about, probably way over 1000 euros from CBT, so that isnt my issue. And I can agree that back in the day the crates could get you some nice things, got a couple of mid tier BBs in them. But since RN DD crates I feel like they are almost impossible to get anything then coal and some flags from, which makes me question the "RNG" that popular streamers like Flamu has when he opens like 10 crats and gets 10 rare Premium ships... What mod are you talking about?!

Bought 12 with tokens, no missions, whould never buy crates from WG with money anymore. Its a ripoff.

Just bought these with all my earned currency a got didly squat. If I had wasted real money on these....

Been a DD main since closed beta but now my DDs collect dust in and I have switched to heavy specced AA cruisers and tanks/speed deamons like Hinden and Henri instead. Why bother play a class that WG just craps on over and over. I hope the rest of the DD mains do the same, just to be able to get some fun out of this game. Sometimes I will play my Harugumo, but then I usually just disregard the caps and farm damage like all the cruisers and BB. Why suicide for the team?

This pretty much. Not gonna bother with the stress of a 2 month daily grind for a meh T7 that will collect dust in port. When I get the urge to play those tiers I will rather play Belfast, Sharn, Kamikaze or T-61.

Does this mean you are Top 14 on the EU server for your team (Honor)? And do you get any extra for climbing these ranks?!

I learned my lesson the hard way with the RN DD crates, not gonna waste any more money on WGs crates, and as the state of the game in in a serious decline since CV rework I wont waste any money on premium time or ships as well. Gonna play a few games in a heavy AA specced cruisers now and then to Cyberpunk gets released. At the same time isnt this the line you actually want to grind since pretty much every tier from T2-T7 seems to be a OP Nikolai clone?

I actually love this guns in comparison with for instanse Missouri, which I play with a lot, which I feel have way more trolly guns. Only thing I found in NC is that you need to lead way more at range then you are used to in BBs in general. that said NC is a beast at blapping ships hiding in smokes and behind islands using the spotterplane. I think Flamu has some good NC videos to watch, NC being on of his favourit BBs.

I can second this motion! From the ships mentioned I can strongly recommend T-61, great trainer for your KM DDs and almost OP DD if you have experience in this class. Sorry but I just had to do this: Sure, everyone can have a good match now and then, but with this ships decent hydro and extremely fast reloading torps and German AP, id say its pretty easy to atleast carry your team.

Yeah, I dont think you gonna get disappointed.
