    You are 100 % right bot None of you suggestions will be done, due to: It means balancing game/classes/Tiers and that's no money in it for WG. On the contrary WG will make a lot of money forcing players to spend XP, credits, Money, Dabloons to get the new Broken sheiiit to keep up with everyone else. Tier XI only MM is like we all suggested before, an Only CV MM where they have their own minigame causing cancer to themselves but see answer above.

    Im not surprised Russ will get Super Subs going by their "balanced CVs". If DDs get Surface to surface missiles, then Halland and Småland should get them since they were the ones with them first IRL. You're not wrong. Subs can definitely just wonder over to red spawn and ping/strike with impunity since there is literary no counter to them. Most ships need to suicide in while spotted to drop ASW on them and BBs with airstrike need to be within Get-Rekt-Face distance to use them on subs. Seen this happen many times as well And we all now CVs can strike anything anywhere. But sitting on the 10 line makes Subs and CVs have to go much longer distance than if you meet them halfway, to do that. If you push in close to caps you just give them same offering earlier. So sitting in the back makes it take longer before you get crap on by subs and CVs and usually your teammates that don't sit on 10 line get Rekt before you and also less chance for crossfires, cross drops or cross torping sitting on blue line. Im not saying you are safe in any way playing passive on the blue line, im just saying you are usually the last to get wrecked. Pushing in, in a BB when you get striked by CV over and over and cross torped by DDs and mega pinged by sub and you can't un ping yourself because your DCP is always on cooldown is just not fun at all. Just to much crap that deals damage to you that you can't counter and can never see.

    Don't hate the player (potato) hate the game (WeeGee)! Doesn't really matter what one stray Youtubers say or all of them even the big ones for that matter. WeeGee has created this meta with CVs, Super CVs, soon maybe Support CVs or some other type of new CV abomination. This is World of CVs, its the master race that WG caters to and now they added subs, maybe soon Supersubs? Maybe soon support Subs?? If players play passive and game is BOOOOORING AS FAAAAAK and every match ends in a 4 min steamroll, its because this is what WG created! Youtubers had nothing to do with this! Youtubers actually know how to balance this game and make it fun again but that's why WG stopped listening to their CC´s like Flamu and Flambass. WG doesn't play their game so they don't understand that's it no fun to get shiiit on by CV planes when you never can see the CV and its no fun to get spam pinged by a sub that you never see or can counter. So either enjoy this game/meta that WG created or stop playing? Thats why when I play BBs I usually sit at the 10 line in a Thunderer or a Conqueror spamming fires from Max range. Its the only way to enjoy the game. Have Schleiffen and even tho everyone say its broken OP I hardly play it because then it gets my to close to all the BS (subs and CV,s).

    Pretty much like a Daring which also has low range but better gun specs and fire chance, you smoke up and dakka dakka. Its far from the best gunboat but thats pretty much Gearing, not the worst at anything but not the best either. Its a Meeh bote, like most OG DDs. Had decent AA back in the day but then WeeGee foooked that up because crying CV Mains (same as Des Moines, for some reason the only cruisers with good AA these days are Russian.... go figure ....). Had good guns then WeeGee implemented British, French, Swedish DDs. Daring is probably the one I would recommend the most for every DD Player, no matter what skill level, its strong in all compartments and it has hydro and heal man many smokes. Building Gearing as a torp boat isn't that effective, there are so much better DDs for that role.

    Being one of the OG DD Lines of 2015 it has been power crept like the rest with all new gimmicks. Thats said its still a decent ship, not really OP in any aspects but not really crap in many as well. You play Gearing like most DDs , careful. You never play aggressive at start because then you die. To much BS is in this game to just kill DDs so don't cater to them. Play passive at start, spotting screening for your team. Send those 16 km torps on cooldown and get the lay of the land. Dont rush into DD fight and dont rush into caps. Wait until match has evolved and you know where all key players are and then make your move (kills, caps etc). 1. Spot, send very useful 16 km torps, maybe steal a cap. After a while its more safe to smoke that great smokepipe and farm damage on cruisers and BBs, even try and get a 1 vs 1 with enemy DD (PRF is a great skill). 2. Been a while since I played it but think I dabbled around with torp build and Fletcher torps last time but gun build is probably the best. 3. Thats a hard one. Being chased is often an advantage to being the chaser (more hits on target, more torp hits etc), but general speaking if you are in a bad situation the only thing you can to is try and change that situation. try and lure him into a trap where you have team support instead of him. Use smoke when maube he cant (Halland, Marceau, Kleber) and let team spot him while you farm him. Force him into a 1 vs 1 using islands to block.

    This all make me feel just to sit at max range in a Thunderer or Conqueror and just try and farm some damage until the unavoidable 5 min steamroll win/loss. Why even bother playing any other ships even remotely to the center of the map? You will just get crap on by WG and their new BS classes, CVs and BS mechanics. Dont get me wrong, you will get crap on by this in these to ships even at max range but you will at least get some damage in before you go down. Why would anyone want to play a ship or class that actually require some skill in the future when you just will get crapped on by a 40 % WR player playing one of the CV classes laughing his [edited]of on in the A1 corner? Why would anyone want to play around the caps in a ship with special consumables like hydro/radar if a new BS CV class can just pop up whenever to chaff destroy you radar when u try and use it? What would ever be the point to play any ship anywhere close to objectives?! Also guessing 2 Jinan 1 Supp CV Divs could be fun. CV destroying any radars or hydro on the enemy pushing team while the Jinans ad torp soup.

    What I seen so far they are always at the bottom of the teamlist, often committing suicide in first 5 min or just useless the entire game. Usually not even capable to surface when sitting in cap so they can actually be usefull when no enemy ship is around. Instead, they sit below surface in cap circle sending pings like [edited]-picks to enemy team.
  9. Dude ...... Had way worse.... just to depressed to actually take screenshot of it.... just looking at the screen and down my Whiskey. This is how the game become when catering to CV mains and players that don't want to learn anything and get better. First couple of years T10 was good but then it was mostly skilled players playing T10, now its just flooded with bot-types that just arrived at T10 without even learning basic skills. Thats why often 40-60 & of one team is dead within first 5 min and then just another steamroll. So enjoy! Maybe play Carriers? or super Carriers? .... or Support Carriers?? Because this is actually Wold of CARRIERS ...... didn't you know....?

    WG need to take away any spotting from a CV that isn't his strike aircraft. I'm so fookin tired of using 7 years of skill to position myself at a great position to spot for my team and also be effective with my torps for just a 30 % WR CV Main to just stumble across my DD by mistake and spot it and BAAM he puts a throwable radar out there in the sky and the DD either looses 70 % of his health or he burns one of his 3 smokes just for that BS mechanic. No, if a CV wants to spot a DD for his team he should actually have to make a minimal effort and actually use his strike aircraft to do it. And also then no more "I just put my fighters here to spot you and then fly around to set up a perfect strike on your Azzz", because I shouldn't have to develop any skill to play this class..... CVs can already spot any ship anywhere on the map within seconds of the game start, they don't need throwable radars to place for their convenience as well. Also take a away the BS mechanic with hydro and radar working thru solid land. "I'm a radar cruiser so I just sit here perfectly safe behind this huge island and perma radar these 2 caps for enemy DDs"!?!? Like WTF? If a Des Moines wants to wreck a DD he should actually have to at least poke his nose out from behind safety to get the radar to work. And hydro shouldn't be able to spot thru 1 and 2 islands. There is NO TORPS in the game that is able to launch thru solid rock sp there shouldn't be a reason for the hydro ship to be able to also sit behind an island and perma hydro DDs and torps for 6 km just for shitz and giggles. If a hydro ship is out in open water and a DD has line of sight/possibility to launch torps at hydro ship? Then fine, have that 6 km 3-4 min safety blankett, but just being able to spot things before there is even close to becoming a threat is BS. Same with radars, throw a stealth radar at me even, at least when he radars me at the same time I spot him, he is actually spotted and even if he wrecks me he actually had to take some risks/damage. That is fair game, both sides, DD Vs crusiers/BBs has both tactics and counters. But just being able to all this crap from perfect safety is complete bollocks. Why not then give back Zao and Blyskawitza stealth fire ability as well? Or does this only work for some "Special classes"? But all these changes demand that players actually develop skill, map awareness and the ability to "read the game" and that is WAAAY to much for the players. So instead WG implements new BS spotting mechanics for the smallest most vulnerable class in the game. Can't wait to get faaaakkket by the new spotting mechanic the geniuses are working on. No need for me to fear anything about that is it.......

    French guy is the only cap im missing but im not that keen on buying him for that amount of coal, I would go for Marceau any time. Fun ship with lots of action. Bought Russ and German guy but thought they were worth it due to their special abilities.

    So the CV only get one strike entire game then? Or can it repeat its attacks, in many nations with same squadron just like other classes can "fire many salvos"? I think you find CV squadrons can fire 3 attacks from one squadron faster then a BB can fire of 3 full salvos? Its not really "Anti-CV propaganda" when it how the game/classes/mechanics work tho is it? Of course you went from "Only US CVs to worry about" to the least favorable combination "German CV AP rockets Vs a Halland". But then again im pretty sure during a full match where the Halland is just chasing his tail around the map because he has no way of figuring out where the CV is or heading and the CV can just launch relentless attacks on the Halland, the German CV AP rockets can do some damage to the Halland as well. So the old "Just Dodge" answer? Please tell me how a DD can just focus on not to die to a ship he will never see, can't shoot because hes never seen, can't shoot down the planes because it almost only one ship out of what 4-500 that can actually do some damage with AA (Halland), cant hide from because perma spotted by strike or spotting aircraft, can even be hit hiding in smokes by most CV players. Its strange, because when I play DD I try "focusing not to die to the CV" every time I play, but for some strange reason they still blapp me for 4-5 K/strike?! Must be my focus that is of...... So you are saying that on some magical maps British CVs wont be able to sail away from a perma spotted DD and get some strikes in? Please don't tell WG of this because then they will buff them to Kingdom Come. Can you please tell me which ships aren't clunky and are therefore safe from CV attacks, I will grind those right away! Yeah, because its easy to just zip around in that small cloud when CVs drop their sometimes massive arsenal on it, and usually you're not even sure what to expect when planes are not spotted. Will a lot of torps pop up towards me? Or skip bombs? Or bombs? Or rockets? Not that easy when you sometimes not even know what to dodge from inside the smoke. You only know you are dead if you leave the smoke. And if second line is even easier then a braindead must be able to kill with first line since ive seen Trenlass (who isn't a CV main and hates CVs) done it 5-6 times, killing a DD in smoke with first line drop. So it feels good that second line apparently is even easier then... Good to know.

    How would they miss more in a CV when they strike from 6-4 km distance compared to hitting a lot in a BB from 20 km where you have to take into account shell travel time and enemy ship speeding up/down manouvering? Or are you just proving our point saying that CVs are Balanced because the people that play them are bad? (even with all these crutches and training wheels they cant hit stuff?) I dont understand this at all "You underestimate how difficult it can be to kill a ship that has your undivided attention."?!? So if you focus a ship in your CV it becomes harder to kill? I think you have to explain that reasoning.... So you are saying that IS the map is so small that the other class detect the CV directly at start if a even match? You can take any actuall existing Small map in the game right now and since there is a lot of islands in them all and CV has its planes in the air before the SU even gets up to speed in his ship this means that the CV can still in the SMALLEST map in the game keep the SU spotted with planes and keep his distance and keeping islands in between since the SU never know where the CV is or where he is going. "most DDs only have to worry about US CVs" Are you shitting me?! Have you seen the damage a Haku or the Germans AP rockets or any of the new Russians can to to a "dodging/avoiding/manouvering DD in a single strike? I have! Ive been that DD! Russian ones can even drop skip bombs on first skip on DDs in smokes and blapp then, there is many videos on Youtube on this fact, even with players that is non CV Mains and that hates CVs.

    Not really since I just stated all the things BB players has to deal with (same as the 2 other real classes in this game). Not really, since the CV can always spot for himself at all times and always know where the Superunicum is which is impossible for any other class that superunicum is playing. So he can always stay out of harms way of the SU the entire match so then the SU just becomes a damage pinata during the match and not even if the SU were playing Halland he would survive just relentless strikes over and over for an entire match, sooner or later Hallands AA gets killed of and then you are fucked.

    Guessing the CV sales are down/or CV Mains complain they can't dev strike DDs anytime without actually getting some skills, so a new way to bugg CVs. "avoid detection through active maneuvering and manually disabling AA defenses" a.k.a WeeGee´s OP tactic of "Just dodge" which are their answer to CVs being broken. So how would a DD "avoid detection through active maneuvering and manually disabling AA defenses" when the CVs aircraft outspeed and out manouvers every DD in the game? Not even a Kleber kan out maneuver a CV with its speed boost active. So CVs will just fly around until the DDs gets in the spotting cone which will probably be like 90-140 degrees because CV reasons.... and then drop the fighters a.k.a as deployable radar and then just blast the sucker for 90 % of his HP in a half miss.

    I was questioning your comparison to playing BBs and in my mind that comparison didn't hold water. BBs has to deal with everything the DDs and cruisers has to but have larger HPs. CVs are the only class in the game totally exempt from all this and doesn't even have to deal with same DCPs and fire durations as all the rest of the classes ..... wonder why when its the only class in the game that actually never have to go into harms way to have a great game...?! I'm not saying you have to be completely skill-less tp play a CV, but at the same time you don't really need that much skill. A below average CV players could take out a Super Unicum like Flambass or Flamy playing any of the other 3 classes without breaking a sweat in a 1 Vs 1, 10 times out of 10. But it also a good point you make with the crap CV player. So having one class that is this broken/OP and unbalanced, then having one decent to great CV player on one team and a really lazy and crap one on the other team (maybe a wallet wrrier that bought himself a T8 premium CV or something). Then its pretty much the same as one team having a CV and the other team doesn't and are down a ship (and this situation happens a lot in high tier games), then the whole game is complete BS and over before its starts because its like the US would go to war on Luxenburg, and how fun is that to play. So just another great example on how CV class and different skill levels in such a "God class" ruins this game even further.

Don't BB players have to Actually, steer their ship in a warSHIP game Find good positioning on the map Re-position if they are not effective Make sure to angle well against all threats Deal with long range fire spam, torp soups, CV strikes and try and figure out which attack to angle to Risk asses at all times during the match and try to make a good decision based on the information they have Manage their damage con and when to use it for maximum efficiency Manage their HP and decide when its good to push and when they should try and go dark to heal up Knowing when to deal with fires because they don't have a BS 60 sec damage con and BS short duration fires

    Always complaining about losing streaks, never about winning streaks

    I don't think so many complain these days of winning or loosing streaks but more the general fact that 95 % of the game lasts for 7-8 min with usually a 10-12 to 0 Win/loss. I get just as annoyed over winning in 5 min as I do with loosing 5 min. Winning in 5 min means BS score, XP, credit gains and 5 min will never get back. 5 min wins is no enjoyment at all. And nothing this game has something to do with skill any more, its just down to which team potato hardest or have the biggest potatoes.

    I think the fact that WG gave so many Dev strike capable BBs less detection then many of the cruisers is just baffling and of course forces most long-range cruisers to just sit in the back and farm, because why risk your ship to just be cannon fodder. So more and more ships forced to sit in the back and farm to have chance of decent game then its mostly up to what team has the best DDs player that will win that fight caps and then the game is decided.
