this all sounds fine ..but we the new players who will only be able to start playing when it go`s open beta,we all know like WOT and WOA that the matchmaker always mixes tiers. this giving the closed beta an advantage...yup nothing we can do about that ..but don`t try to say all new players will only play other new player ..the closed beta`s accounts should have been reset at the same time as the open beta go`s live ..as they will still have an advantage with there rewards they get from being part of the closed testing . i have no problems with that.
